She was very nice and not too high pressure- just right! I would buy another car from her in the future! More

Worst experience in 7 years Rude service attendant. Very condescending asked me If it was my first time there because 'never see you before'. I told him that I always had Rude service attendant. Very condescending asked me If it was my first time there because 'never see you before'. I told him that I always had my service with the French brothers. Mitch and Jason. Oh surprise, he yelled from far away like crazy 'Jason are you french'? I felt this guy didn't even want to take my car. One in the small office continue with his stupidity. I asked him a question and he send me to the sales department. I told him if he can call them and hated my request. This guy needs to stop judging customers. He just judge me for the car I was driving. Completely wrong. He doesn't even know I have a brand new car that thanks God is not Toyota. With this service at this dealer it's my last time going to any Toyota Dealer. Don't need to be insulted with a smile!!! Never again Toyota South Coast or any other Dealer. More

Services took a long time and car wash was bad Granted I'm biased because I'm used to Valvoline 15 min oil changes but this seemed a bit much. It didn't seem that busy but I made an appointment and Granted I'm biased because I'm used to Valvoline 15 min oil changes but this seemed a bit much. It didn't seem that busy but I made an appointment and still waited 2 hours for the service. This was my first service so it was the oil top off and tire rotation etc. Maybe that's normal. And the car wash was horrible after all that waiting with spots still on my car and wet spots everywhere like I rather have no car wash. Maybe next time I'll pick a different time and update the review on my next service. More

Car delivered with noise and bad customer service Brought my Prius to the regular maintenance at this dealer and car was returned with a noise coming from engine side. After some online chats, voicema Brought my Prius to the regular maintenance at this dealer and car was returned with a noise coming from engine side. After some online chats, voicemails and one email I was finally able to speak with my advisor and she asked to bring the car back last Tuesday morning. To my surprise she was not there nor had scheduled my appointment. Another advisor took the car for review and at the end didn't find anything wrong or heard any noise and told to pick up the car. When they brought the car guess what, it was making the loud noise! When asked about the noise the advisor said that they could do anything and we had to bring again or take to another repair shop. I would not bring the car for service here. More
