I feel scammed Due to 2 months hospitalization and treatments for cancer, my 2010 Prius required a charge to restart daily use. My health is improving but believe the staff at South Coast Toyota took advantage of my recovering status. I wound up paying double for a windshield and an oil leakage prevention that was not essential. After having been a loyal customer for 20 years I will not return to their facility. I must trust those with whom I do business. $2200.00 for services is too much for me. My health issues are my current priorities. Julia Hume More
60K miles check-up Service people were excellent. Shuttle service was great and drivers very professional. Did not have a chance to compare costs and found it pricy. Service people were excellent. With my other car, not a Toyota, I get a couple of pages of car status report that I can understand. With my Prius maintenance report is a page with check-marks on yellow, green, red boxes which are indistinguishable and just that check-marks. Fir this I give them a score if 4 out of 5. More

Electrical problems, steering, battery, radio, Bluetooth. Also, the fleet manager, Scott, promised two years of coverage: free replacement of brakes, batteries, tires, etc. Anything we asked for within the first two years. Nope. Not true. They won't even change the oil and fix the alignment. They expect us to pay for filters! Nice people. Nice car wash. Not maintenance or repair. I had a four-day old car with electrical problems. Now I have a two-year-old car with electrical problems and a warranty that is about to run out. Get promises in writing. Better yet: don't buy there. They won't take care of your car's problems. More
