Car buying purchase experience at South Coast Toyota I was glad to find the vehicle I was looking for at this dealership (2018 Toyota Camry LE Hybrid). I had visited one other dealer and they did not hav I was glad to find the vehicle I was looking for at this dealership (2018 Toyota Camry LE Hybrid). I had visited one other dealer and they did not have one on the lot. It appears that South Coast Toyota has a good inventory of vehicles right there for customers to test drive. The salesperson was great, no nonsense. He helped me confirm that this is the car that's best for my needs. He and the sales manager were reasonable in negotiation, with a minimum of "haggling." I was made to wait for almost an hour for the finance guy to meet with him, which is the only reason this dealer didn't get a 5 rating. There were a couple of surprises about taxes and the car's alarm system (which I should have asked about during negotiation). But the finance guy and salesperson fixed those issues to my satisfaction. All in all, it was a good experience and I would recommend this dealership to others. More

We was first welcomed by a retail sale, Paul who showed us around and referred us to Brian Nguyen who worked with us until we drove the car home. Brian ( Hung) Nguyen is very thorough and very nice to work with. We did not feel pressure but wanted to come back the following day to get the car. He answered all of our questions and showed us all functions of a new 2018 car with all updated technology without rushing.
