South Chicago Dodge Chrysler Jeep - Service Center

So I purchased a Chrysler 300C w/a Hemi back in June 2011. I was told at the time that everything had been fixed on the car. Well that wasn't exactly the truth. I took the car to the dealership to get serviced and guess what they told me...I need new brakes...new ball joints...new rotors...so of couse I was pissed! However, I love my car, but I'm just upset that we were lied too. But it's ok I'm not going to cry over spill milk...Not to bad mouth the dealership because they were extremely helpful but just be mindful and get the car checked out by a mechanic before you purchase anything from this dealership or any dealership for that matter. More

I went to have my husbands brakes fixed, but I also explained to the serviceman, Al, about all the other problems we were having with it. After the diagnostic report was completed he immediately escort explained to the serviceman, Al, about all the other problems we were having with it. After the diagnostic report was completed he immediately escorted me to a car salesman, Greg Jr. I had no intentions of buying a car on this particular day. But after carefully listening to Greg Jr and being introduced to Richie I thought it would be in my best interest to go for it. Richie worked diligently with the finance companies and had me financed within hours. He even went as far as to go down on the price tremendously so that I would not have a problem getting financed. Not only did I get A car, I got a brand new Chrysler 200 fully loaded. I could not believe it. When I saw that car I just told Greg to make it happen and they did. I can not thank them enough. Especially Richie. He stayed on that phone nonstop until he had me financed 'with' a low interest rate. I was elated. They really went out of their way for me. I was telling my sister about how professional they were with me and she was pleased to announce that she also bought her car from them 3 years ago and when she gets ready for another one she will return. It really amazed me that even the servicemen are trained to advise you of things other than car problems. Al knew that it would be just A matter of time before I would have to service my husbands car again and he wanted to make sure that we would not have to endure being without a car. I would like to thank all of you guys for being so friendly and taking so much time out of your day to make sure that I left with a smile on my face. But I did not leave with a smile on my face. I left with a huge smile on my face. You guys are the best. Keep us the good work and keep making other customers as happy as you have made me. More

I was completely impressed by the professonalism of the entire dealership. Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly.
