You've had my car for a week & I pick it up & the check engine light is on?! HOW?! It wasn't on when I dropped it off, 7 days ago. I brought my car in for windshield wipers, windshield wipermotor and oil engine light is on?! HOW?! It wasn't on when I dropped it off, 7 days ago. I brought my car in for windshield wipers, windshield wipermotor and oil change. I also asked to have front & rear brakes, tune-up, tires, and side mirror replacement priced/quoted. My car is older and I'm getting a new one by the end of 2026 or before, once I decide what car I want. Douglas tells me they have to order the part. I've brought my car to this dealership since I purchased it. I need a lot of work due to being out of work the past 1.5 yrs. Anytime i get work done i take it to this dealership. I'm in the customer service industry myself and consistency is key especially for something as personal as a car. My problem is....I was notified my car was ready via text by Douglas...he said "if there is no more work you want done now let me know and I'll close the paperwork" i text back that "I was on my way and I'd bring it in next month for the other work that was priced". I'm in the Uber on my way and call to have Douglas bring my car up, another guy at the service desk answers and asked to take a message cause Douglas is busy....i ask about bringing my car up, he says the front lot is full with pickups, I say "ok" "can you have Douglas have my paperwork ready?" (he never responded to the text when i said i was on my way) he says "if you called you and told you it was ready then the paperwork is ready? 😒 with a condescending tone...I hang up on him. I arrive at the dealership go straight to the cashier....she doesnt have my paperwork 🙄. So i go to the service desk find Douglas he hands me the paperwork which should be with the cashier. He texted at 8:38a saying my car was ready. Anywho he walks me upfront and before we go I here him tell someone else to have the porter put my front license plate on....I asked for this to be done upon drop off and they've had the car a week. Last time I was in for maintenance I asked for my new plates to be put on and they didn't...So I'm waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting, i see a porter and ask for my car with a smile. He brings it up within. 5 mins...my front plate that I asked to be put on is sitting on my dashboard😒. The price for the work was also more than I was quoted by Doulas, he said $721, I got there and the total was $778🙄 usually, what they tell you and what you pay is the same. I get in my car settle my self my steering wheel is filthy as usual when i pick it up from them. I drive out the lot....WHY IS MY ENGINE LIGHT ON?!! I call back and speak to Larry (service manager) he says he doesn't know he'll have someone meet me in the front parking lot to scan in. I come back around as I told Larry I would and no one's there. I wait again.....3 mins call back Larry..."he should be out there....Douglas says your engine light is on cause something with the exhaust" he was more specific but i don't speak car language....I say "why wasn't I notified then, you've had my car a week! is this going to interfere with my emissions test?" Larry says "yes it will effect your emmisions test" I say " well why wasn't I told?! You've had my car all week?!" As I said I've gone to this dealership for years and usually if they find something else that needs attention they'll let me know ASAP. xxx?! Larry says to fix the exhaust issue off the top of his head 200-300$. So I have to do Uber to work all week again? I don't appreciate it, there's no gratitude nor customer service and yes through the years they have dropped the ball before. I'm over it at this point and it's time to buy a new car anyway....I won't be xxxxing with them again. The quoted repairs are 2000$ plus, I'll take my business elsewhere. The constant inconvenience and the rudeness is not cool and NOT SERVICE. I also pay them what they charge! I DO NOT TRY & NEGOTIATE OR GET A CHEAPER PRICE. I'm done, I'll be buying my new car from a different dealership. 😌 More
Disappointed that dealership had me jump through hoops to have warranty executed and gave me a date everything would be taken care. This is after waiting four months for parts to arrive. Tried to contact general manager three times never received a call back or email. VERY DISAPPOINTING. More

Crook dealership This dealership sold me a garbage vehicle after I asked the salesperson Ronaldo Ruiz is the vehicle good he said yes I asked him please make sure oil This dealership sold me a garbage vehicle after I asked the salesperson Ronaldo Ruiz is the vehicle good he said yes I asked him please make sure oil and antifreeze is good he said they checked it everything is good as soon as I left the dealership oil light come up and while I was driving the vehicle the vehicle was shaking very dangerous the vehicle stopped while I was driving 5 times finally I made it to jiffy lube the manager stated no oil or antifreeze in the vehicle I called to dealership to rolando Ruiz notify what is going on and I have the phone to jiffy lube manager he told them the condition of the vehicle I asked him I want to return the vehicle and get my money back they said ok bring the vehicle I was trying to reach them after called them 10 times I found them they said they were going to send tow truck because vehicle is not working overheated and very dangerous to drive it stops all the time. Next day after 1 hour try to reach them ronaldo said manager Dylan said they will not refund my money and will not take the car back Illinois state law says the dealership is responsible 500 miles or 15 days from the vehicle now I started the case with state attorney office and with my credit card company will go to court against them this dealership and workers are crooks dont go there u will have big problems with them. More

PACE issued a check directly to them to have the repair made. When I called to schedule the repair appointment ir made they claimed they hadn't received the payment. I then obtained the cancel check and a letter from PACE and sent to the Manager per her request to prove payment was made. I have since been given the run around. Each time I call for Jamie the Manager she was either in a meeting or gone for the day (even at 12:55pm today). I have left several messages on her voicemail and with the receptionist over the past month and a half. The only person that seems to be willing to help is Russ the service Manager who I spoke with yesterday and resent the documents to today. I'm hoping for the best! As for the other staff including Saby the receptionist who kept transferring me to random people who could not help and repeatedly delivered the messages that the people that I needed to speak with to resolve the issue were not available for one reason or another there has been poor communication and zero concern for a customer that purchased a vehicle from their dealership. FRUSTRATING! More

While visiting Chicago on a rainy day my windshield wipers stopped operating. I've had this Dodge vehicle for 23 years and experienced this problem before. A plastic bushing needed to be replaced. I carry extra bushings with me just in case of this problem. I stopped into this dealership and spoke with Dave Schoenhofen (service advisor) for help. He came out to my vehicle, saw my problem, replaced the bushing, and within 15 minutes and at no charge to me had me on my way. I think how he handled my situation needed to be commented on since what he did is what makes a good service center and brings customers back. STEVE P. More
