Received a call from Melissa Gonzalez that my second key fob was in. It needed to be programed for my 2020 CX30. It was just purchased 2 days before. I had two other issues that need their attention. She kept me appraised of how things were progressing. All issues were taken care of in a timely manner. She even brought my car from the Service Dept. to the other side of the building, where I was waiting. Couldn't thank her enough. More
