Quick-Easy-Efficient Halton was a very efficient and flexible, I went in to get new tires and i work night shift so It’s difficult to be up and find dealers open. After two negative experiences at the South Bay Mini I purchased my mini in Dec 2018 from a dealer in another city far from home. South Bay mini is the closest to my house, my 1st and 2nd visits to SB Mi I purchased my mini in Dec 2018 from a dealer in another city far from home. South Bay mini is the closest to my house, my 1st and 2nd visits to SB Mini were dreadful all-around. After having such bad experiences back-to-back ended taking it for service were I bought it, however an inconvenience because of the distance. I decided to come back a 3rd time to SB mini for service hoping this time would be better, thankfully it was. I new representative, Halton Martinez was great, very polite and professional, even the valet was very kind. Thank you for improving your customer service. I appreciate the change. More
