Class A service, worth the drive from West LA I have had issues with warranty fixes, general maintenance and some bad service with local dealerships in Santa Monica for my Mini. I was referred to South Bay Mini and i glad i was. My service advisory was Lino. He took care of my issues, provided frequent updates and gave my car back in great shape. I was hesitant about the drive but it was well worth it. I would highly recommend this dealership over the others in West LA. More

Pleased with the service Leno was very helpful and explained the issues in details. The customer representatives on the phone were not very helpful. The first time, when asked to give me the directions when I come from south on Hawthorn, to the new location, she said, you come and. you'll see the BMW sign. The second time, when I want to leave a message to Leno, she was going to email him because he was with a customer. When I said to include that asked him to email me the bill and not to text me because, texts were not coming through in my phone, she was annoyed and just hung up More
