There is no urgency or sense of the dealership truly wanting to serve customers and make a car sale or making a buyer feel their business is worth any effort. Feels almost that, as a buyer, I am an inconvenience. Truly not pleasant or motivating to spend my money there.

I brought car in because antifreez leaking into car, mr. Arsen says that i told him not to fix leak to costly. he miss understood me i said "dont do all the other repairs the 1. Induction svc. 2. Brakes, #3 brake fluid e change. But by all means repair leakage, pls watch bmw maintenance viedo, reports " 6inch front brake R good 7"inch back braks R Good. Cust never asked for induction! I've been OVER-Charged and my car not repaired. & charged me $1,145. For what?? I asked to stop antifreeze from flooding inside and over-heating the car. Will come i see the General Manager. I've been mislead and over-charged on 11/10/22, by A Mr. Arsen Babajanyan. I never req. Induction svc. I never req front brake pads replaced on contrary i told mr.Arsen that i had h Just had my front brake pad replaced, i asked Arsen to look at bmw viedo.
