From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They didn't rush me at all and took the time to answer all my questions about the different models. When it came time for the test drive, I hopped into a sleek 3 Series. Honestly, I was a bit nervous at first, but once I hit the road, that all faded away. The car felt solid and responsive, and I could definitely feel the power behind the engine. The ride was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was inside, even at higher speeds. I loved the tech features, too. The infotainment system was pretty intuitive, making it easy to connect my phone and play my music. Plus, the visibility was excellent, which made navigating through town a breeze. Overall, my test drive experience at the BMW dealership in Torrance was really enjoyable. I left feeling excited about the possibility of owning one of those incredible cars. If you’re considering a BMW, I definitely recommend taking one for a spin! Thanks More

We spend a total of 9 hours and two day at South Bay BMW to buy a CPO car, After hours of negation and clarifying the details off the deal, we came to an agreement. Excited to drive away in my new car we had to go upstairs to finance. After signing all the documents and reviewing warranty, the finance guy went over out monthly payment. To our surprise it was $240 MORE than we agreed upon after clarifying the details 4 separate times with the salesman. When this was brought up to the finance guy, he stated "it is just the down payment and we only need $15,000 more to make the purchase work...like it was no big deal. My sales rep was brought into the room where he apologized for the mistake and they both let my wife and I walk out the door. I asked to speak to the GM and was given Mo at the finance counter. The GM never came out to address the issue. Mo proceeded to explain the numbers to me, of which I 100% understood and he never took ownership for the misinformation or apologized for what happened. With the opportunity to make it right and salvage the sale, he offered me $500 more for my trade in and asked me to increase my loan terms to 84 months! Some how, giving me $500 more for my car and having me pay thousands more in interest is supposed to make this right. I have purchased over 20 vehicles in my life and this by far was the worst dealership experience I have ever encountered. They have a sign stating that they value my Google Review, so here it is. Despite offering to buy the car at the listed price, the dealership refused to honor it and forced me to use their lender through an option contract, even though I had my own financing ready. Their practices seem inconsistent and unfair depending on the customer. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. They lack transparency and use questionable sales tactics. Avoid this place if you’re looking for an honest and straightforward car-buying experience. More

While I appreciated the time and effort Peter put into explaining the benefits of the product, I ultimately had to decline the offer due to the high cost not fitting into my monthly budget. What truly disappointed me was Peter's reaction when I informed him that the monthly payment was not feasible for me. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he abruptly hung up on me while I was in the midst of thanking him for his effort and patience. To make matters worse, I had recorded the entire conversation, which only highlighted his unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend dealing with Peter Greenberg based on this experience. Customer service should be a top priority, and unfortunately, Peter fell short in this regard. More

Although I didn't have all the repairs completed, Eddie explained each and every one and provided his recommendations for the priority they should be done. He also explained in plain language what each repair entailed and what the different parts in the car actually did to keep it running. Have never had such a positive experience at this dealer.
