I was very pleased with the beautiful car, the maintenance agreement and the trade in he developed for my vehicle. I was headed to Seattle last Thusday night and my truck broke down about 8:30pm. After calling around to find someplace that was still open I called Sound of Renton, Scott got me in with no appointment and broke down about 8:30pm. They also gave me a ride home. No charge!!! I got a call the next morning from a lady named Shawn she explained that She and the mechanic had found the problem. And could have me back on the road by noon. I was thrilled. Shawn called around 11:30 and said it was all done and she was able to save me a couple hundred bucks on the work. She saw that her driver had dropped me off and asked if I needed a ride. Bottom line is I normally go closer to my house in Kent for service but I'm happy to drive a little further North for that kind of service. I definitely recommend Sound Ford. More
