On March 18, 2010 we purchased a 2007 Honda CR-V from Big Red Sports in Norman, OK. On July 23, 2010 we tried to trade it in at Pinegar in Branson, MO for a 2006 Honda Odyssey and they told us they did an a Red Sports in Norman, OK. On July 23, 2010 we tried to trade it in at Pinegar in Branson, MO for a 2006 Honda Odyssey and they told us they did an auto check on our CR-V and it showed at auto auction in Texas on March 11, 2010 it was announced with "frame damage". And would not trade with us. At the time of purchase Big Red Sports showed us a clear Carfax. We have called Chris several times and if he takes our call he just tells us he is trying to help us find something else but never gets back with us. I do not recommend anyone buy from them. More

Dshawn in the internet dept told me that Richard, a manager, did alot of special financing and worked with alot of lenders so with his help chances were usually pretty good. It did take a little work, but he was very patient and I greatly appreciated that, and I did get a car out of it! More

The best thing about Big Red service department is that you do not have to make an apopointment to bring in your car. The last car I owned was from Bob Moore and I remember dreading having to take my vehi you do not have to make an apopointment to bring in your car. Thats a long time to wait when you need work done on your car asap. David is usually the one to work on my car and he has always diagnosed it properly and done a great job. I have no complaints. More

I am currently living in Canada, and this morning I was able to purchase a vehicle I found online from Big Red Sports/Imports. I called in about the 2005 mini cooper and spoke with Brittany, the manager o able to purchase a vehicle I found online from Big Red Sports/Imports. I called in about the 2005 mini cooper and spoke with Brittany, the manager of internet vehicles. She got all the answers to my questions and the price we were able to agree on plus the cost to ship the vehicle to Canada was less than anywhere else I had found closer!! The whole process took maybe an hour and was done all over the phone which is unbelievable. I cannot wait to have my car arrive this week; very excited! More
Best service visit I have had in over a year. I did not have an appointment this morning and I was still able to drop it off and it was ready not even 2 hours later. After having a terrible car shopping experience, my wife and I decided to stop in Big Red Sports/Imports in Norman on our way home because an SUV she had never seen caught her eye. I no longer had the intention to buy that night but when we drove up we were greeted very professionally, of course with what we had just experienced anything seemed better, so I gave it a shot. My wife test drove the new 2011 Kia Sorento and fell in love. We experienced no problems and we did infact get real close to what we were wanting for our trade, so I guess according to another well-known dealership in Norman, this must have been one of the "lower end" dealerships! In the end, Big Red Sports/Imports got my business so thats all that matters and my wife is very happy with her Sorento. More
My most recent visit to Big Red was for service on my 2007 Kia Spectra and it was actually the first time I have ever gotten to work with a manager. It seems like the only time you ever get to see a man 2007 Kia Spectra and it was actually the first time I have ever gotten to work with a manager. It seems like the only time you ever get to see a manager anymore is when there is a problem to be dealt with, but I got to tell Mark, service manager, firsthand what was wrong with my vehicle. It put my mind at ease knowing that a manger already knew about my car so it was likely to be fixed properly and without any other problems. By far this was the best service visit I have ever had, and even though every time is dreaded, it wont be because of the employees or the quality of work done. More
This was the easiest car buying experience Ive had yet. I found the car I was interested in on the dealerships website and made an inquiry about it. The internet manager Brittany contacted me not even 10 minutes later and scheduled an appointment for me to come look at and possibly test drive the car. I had never heard of making an appointment at a car dealership before, but I just went with it. When I got there at 4pm I thought the car I was wanting to look at was already being looked at by someone else because it was parked right up front. I decided to call Brittany before I got out of my car because I didnt want to waste my time since that was the car I wanted and it turned out that the appointment had been set so that the car could be pulled up and ready for me to see. I thought this was really cool and very good customer service! I can say I would recommend Big Red, and specifically the use of their internet department if you have one particular vehicle you are wanting. More
