Number 1: Bought a new car from these guys, at financing got ripped off bad. We had agreed on 60 months at 3.5% I was good with that and happy. The finance guy was pushing the Extended warantee and GAP ins got ripped off bad. We had agreed on 60 months at 3.5% I was good with that and happy. The finance guy was pushing the Extended warantee and GAP insurance. I refused both, He kept pushing so I said how much is it? he would not tell me(WTF) so finally he said that with the GAP and extended warantee it would only increase my payment by $3.22 so I agreed. WRONG THING TO DO! What he did not include in his statement was that it would increese my payment by $3.22 at 72 months. when we had already agreed to 60 months. neddless to say it took me four months to get the Extended Warantee ($2500) refunded back to my bank. I found out about the cost and addital months when I got my first invoce from the bank. Number 2: When we left with the new car we were given an extra key and the key fobs only to realize after we got home 60 miles away that they were not corret. The sales Manager had us come there 4 diffrent times to correct their mistake and was lied to 4 diffrent time about having what we neened after driving 1 hour each time one way. Worst service and sales in the WORLD. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! More

From the moment I arrived at the dealership I was treated with dignity and respect. A gentleman came outside as I parked & opened the door for me. Later, another employee showed up out of nowhere with a bott with dignity and respect. A gentleman came outside as I parked & opened the door for me. Later, another employee showed up out of nowhere with a bottle of water. Cody, my salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I chose to testdrive. I asked him for his 2 cents and he gave them to me. We talked pros and cons regarding both vehicles for my business. Cody was very open and honest with me. I appreciated that and was able to trust him right away. Richard, sales manager and Chris, an owner, were also very helpful, honest and trustworthy. Scott showed me some electronic & wireless features of the car that I told him I'd never remember. I am old & don't fully understand all of this new age wireless stuff...but he just said for me to call or stop by any time & we could go over it or he'd set-up or program for me while I wait. I was elated! You see, I had a very different and not so pleasant experience when I bought my last new car at another local dealership. They were all about high pressure sales to the point that once I began to cry, I just wanted to call the whole thing off. I've been apprehensive about buying cars ever since...until last week. Everyone that I came in contact with at Big Red Sports & Imports was more than friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had been driving Honda's for nearly 20 years. I had just assumed that they were probably still the best vehicle out there. However, after testdriving several different SUV's on the market, I came to realize what a great vehicle the Kia has become. I am now a proud owner of a 2013 Kia Sorento and my boyfriend is thinking about buying a new Optima. If you are looking for a good used car or a new car - give Big Red Sports & Imports a try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! Thank you Big Red for making my new car buying experience so easy & so much fun!! More
Went in looking for a used Kia Optima but they are hard to come by. Ended up with a gentleman named Chase who was beyond knowledgeable on everything the Optima had to offer. I have traveled the country and to come by. Ended up with a gentleman named Chase who was beyond knowledgeable on everything the Optima had to offer. I have traveled the country and bought several vehicles and I must say that the presentation Chase provided on this vehicle was second to none...this was before we ran any numbers or info mind you. After the test drive we decided to buy, we were able to get the numbers where we wanted and after the purchase it was roughly 2200 hours. Chase took his time and thoroughly went over every option with my wife ensuring she understood how to operate her new vehicle. Highly recommend this dealer and when its time to buy again I only hope they have what I want. More
I went in looking for a different vehicle and knew exactly what I wanted. After a couple of hours of the typical "back and forth to get you the price you want", we came to an agreement, part of which exactly what I wanted. After a couple of hours of the typical "back and forth to get you the price you want", we came to an agreement, part of which Big Red was to tint the windows. Well, I had to take the vehicle to get the windows tinted without having a loaner, which Steve the "Sales Manager" claims is a liability, which is crap. Also, I bought a 2011 vehicle, which is mostly digital, and there isn't an owner manual anywhere in the vehicle to tell me what to do. In sales, customer satisfaction and follow up should be number one...well, the dealership was in a hurry to get me out the door in my newly purchased vehicle, only to get a mile down the road to the car "dinging" at me telling me the vehicle had NO GAS!!! I mean, REALLY?? I know gas is $3.30 a gallon, but if I just bought a $27,000 vehicle, you can put some gas in it! Also, how about a follow up call the next day to ask if everything is going great with the new car??! This dealership gets TWO THUMBS DOWN FROM ME!!! Go to Marc Heitz! More
My experience was great from the moment I called in to inquire about a Kia Optima. The internet sales department was very friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions regarding warranty and featur inquire about a Kia Optima. The internet sales department was very friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions regarding warranty and features on each model so I was fully aware of what i wanted to look at when I came to the dealership. They answered my questions regarding finance and advised what paperwork I needed to bring in. They set up my appointment to meet with JT and when I arrived at the dealership he was ready to help me. He told me all about the car, we test drove it and he pointed out all the features and showed me how everything worked. The process was so easy and the sales staff was very friendly and helpful. Before I left they showed me the service department and I set up my appointment for my first oil change. I am so excited to be driving my new Optima and I will definitely buy my next car here as well as refer my friends and family. Thanks Big Red!! More
This place is terrible they have no ethics or morals. I would never, ever advise anyone to buy a car from this place!! After having the car for a week they called me and said I needed to come in and sign n would never, ever advise anyone to buy a car from this place!! After having the car for a week they called me and said I needed to come in and sign new paperwork because my interest rate was lowered. This was a ballfaced straight out lie!! They couldn't get me finaced after I was told I would'nt be able to drive the car off the lot if they weren't able to get financing. I had explained my reason for coming there was to get my credit re established and I was advised I was in the right place and they have great relationships with banks and they've never had anyone to bring a car back once they drove off the lot. Unreal, I can't believe a busines gets away with treating people like that. Save yourself time and a headache do not do business with this place. More

I I recently purchased a vehicle at big red. The finance company worked on my application for one hour. They came back with the word you want to hear. YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED! Glady; I signed contract aggre company worked on my application for one hour. They came back with the word you want to hear. YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED! Glady; I signed contract aggrement. I was given no information that my car was subject to approval! I DROVE THE CAR FOR 3 WEEKS.. IN THE DURATION OF THE 3 WEEK PERIOD.Iheard nothing!!!! I then get a call needing more financial info.I gladly give them what I have. I asked is everything good. Oh yes! They replied. I also told the financing department that I would be relocating and is my application approved? Oh yes mam'm feel free to go. I left town to relocate for a job and on my travels with my children the contacted me with horrible news."I was not approved and needed my car back." 1 Big Red wants to sell cars at cost to the persons buying the car.2. They do not fully explain financing info in detail. THEY GIVE LITTLE INFO. WHatch OUT FOR WORDS LIKE YOU ARE APPROVED ": EVEN IF YOU ARE DRVING AWAY IN THE CAR.THEY DO NOT TAKE THE TIME TO TELL YOU ANY OF THIS INFO.3 They do not care about the consumer. They put me and my daughters at risk by making us believe we were approved but in long run were not.. My husband and I went in to look at SUV's and to trade my old vehicle in. We were suckered into looking at car's instead. They placed us in a 2011 car with 41k miles on it. From that momemt, we were never to old vehicle in. We were suckered into looking at car's instead. They placed us in a 2011 car with 41k miles on it. From that momemt, we were never told it was a "Rental" or that it was wrecked when we asked. Also, when we left the lot with the car the windshield was cracked and damaged. I then called the car lot to report it, then said bring it back in, no problem they would repair it. Once we came in and signed the papers, we asked when the car would be repaired and they said there was NOTHING they could do about it. What kind of dealership does business this way? Also it has been wrecked in the front and has different colored paint to cover that spot... Another thing, they wouldn't take my car as a "trade in" they said they would "cosign" it for me. Who does that? They just set me up to be repoed on my other car. We then (the next morning) found a great SUV with another dealership who would take our car as a trade and pay it off. When our new dealership returned the car back to Big Red, they were very nasty and would not turn the "trade in" vehicle to them. And, LIKE MAGIC they (@ Big Red) processed the loan through without the 4 documents they originally needed. So, now we cannot get into the car we want because Big Red screwed that up! I am contacting several law firms, and I have contacted the BBB, as well as other agencies. I will not go down on this deal without a fight! Also, the manager at the dealership got in my face and laughed at me when I told him this deal needs to be resolved and we need out of the deal (and right in front of my 2 young children). I'm warning anyone who reads this NEVER to conduct business with these people! I don't want the same thing to happen to you! More
