I saw an ad online for an older car that said "WE CAN FINANCE ANYONE!! GET SUPER LOW PAYMENTS WITH ZERO CASH DOWN" so I called them and verified the car was still there and drove out from Yukon to se CAN FINANCE ANYONE!! GET SUPER LOW PAYMENTS WITH ZERO CASH DOWN" so I called them and verified the car was still there and drove out from Yukon to see it. Once I got there they finally told me that the car I want is too cheap to finance and that I need to buy it outright instead. I let them know I was not prepared to pay several thousand dollars up front because we had discussed financing over the phone. They had me fill out an application while they were looking for the car then came back and said the car was just sold. They said they have another car that I may be interested in so I test drove this other car. It had some grinding noises when accelerating and the suspension makes some clicking or popping noises while turning. The sales guy said this just needs power steering fluid and it will be fine. After the test drive the sales guy went to run some numbers on it so I looked for the car online while he was doing that. I found the ad from Big Red for the car I just test drove, it cost more than twice as much as the car I had come to look at. When the sales guy came back he showed me some estimated payments and a price that was $2000 MORE THAN THE ADVERTISED PRICE. I showed him the add on my phone and that he was trying to make me pay more for this car than the advertised price. He confirmed it was the same car but said 'That is a price we use to get people in here.' At this point I told him I was very uncomfortable continuing and that I needed to leave. He asked me to stay for just a moment then had his manager come talk to me. He said he was sorry they had sold the first car and was still trying to convince me to buy this one. I declined and left. A few days later a guy I work with also saw the add for the car I originally wanted and called and asked them about it. The car is still there and still for sale. I am very upset that the sales guy and the manager both were in on lieing to me to try to get me to buy the more expensive car. Buyers need to beware and keep your guard up. I feel like this place is very dishonest and will tell you anything they need to say to get as much of your money as they can. More
I first contacted Luis in the internet dept when I called to inquire about one of their newer Kias. He was very polite and answered all my questions with no games. When I came in for my appt I was greeted wi to inquire about one of their newer Kias. He was very polite and answered all my questions with no games. When I came in for my appt I was greeted with respect and was treated with care. My car shopping experience was one of the easiest that I have been through in a long while. I gave Big Red 5 stars for the total package. From my first phone call to my final hand shake I was treated with respect and politeness. Luis made sure to check up on me before my appt and even would text me to make things more convenient for me while I was at work. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thank you again Big Red and Luis!! More
This is the most crooked car dealership I have ever seen in my life. I was there for 5 hours and they finally had me sign finance paperwork around 10pm by the time they got their act together. They overchar in my life. I was there for 5 hours and they finally had me sign finance paperwork around 10pm by the time they got their act together. They overcharged me for the vehicle and did a yo yo financing scheme, where I was under the impression the financing was complete, only to find out after having the vehicle in my possession for almost 30 days, that the loan fell through. Did it really take 30 days to figure that out?? Come on now. They are a bunch of liars and crooks that like to take advantage of women and unsuspecting people. They play christian music in their showroom, but I guarantee there is nothing Christian about the way they do business. I ended up taking the vehicle back because they supposedly "could not get me financed". They false advertise and should not be in business. I will definitely take my money and business elsewhere. I feel sorry for anyone that does business with these people. Stay away FAR FAR away. More

Our credit is less than perfect and we didn't think we were going to be approved but Bruce worked hard to get us approved and made sure we got the terms we were looking for. He made the experience fun we were going to be approved but Bruce worked hard to get us approved and made sure we got the terms we were looking for. He made the experience fun and it was very laid back. If you're looking for a car I definitely recommend you go there and ask for Bruce!!! More
We had come to this dealership to inquire about 3 different vehicles we found on their website. We were taken to 2 different lots looking for the first vehicle. After searching, we were told that the different vehicles we found on their website. We were taken to 2 different lots looking for the first vehicle. After searching, we were told that they "could not find the vehicle". The second vehicle was also unavailable because there was a problem with it that we were told "just couldn't be fixed". The third vehicle was available for us to look at. We test drove it and inspected it. Our salesman also kept asking us personal questions about why we were going to finance it the way we were. He was rude, sarcastic, and smug. Nevertheless, we informed him that we intended to buy the vehicle and would return the following day to finalize and sign paperwork. He told us he would be there. The next day, our salesman called to inform us he had someone else who was interested. At this point, we had already committed to buy the vehicle and we had agreed on terms with the dealership. We informed the salesman that we would be there as soon as we could to sign the papers. Upon our arrival, we were informed that the salesman had allowed another salesman to sell the vehicle to the other interested party less than an hour before we arrived. When we confronted him about the agreement we had reached to buy the vehicle, his response was defensive and unapologetic. He sold the car out from under us after we had agreed on a deal. His manager was not any more apologetic or helpful. They offered to let us buy any other car on the lot, but offered no discount or willingness to negotiate. Through the entire process, the people at Big Red Sports were unfriendly, rude, and generally annoyed with us. They are liars and cheats and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I will never do business with them again and I warn anyone else to stay away. More
Neil decided that it was time for a new car for safety reasons for the kids and I. So he started looking and found several great deals. One was in Norman, OK at a place called Big Red Sports and Imports reasons for the kids and I. So he started looking and found several great deals. One was in Norman, OK at a place called Big Red Sports and Imports. Neil got the paperwork sorted out with USAA and had several conversations by email and phone with the Sales Manager at Big Red. One of the emails stated they had just dropped the price by $1000.00 and it was ours if we could get there by Saturday night. We got a sitter for the kids, and drove the 5 hours to Norman. When we arrived, we test drove it and then started on the paperwork. The next thing we know, Jeremy Silva, who is listed as an owner of the dealership comes out and says there has been a mistake. The car is now $1000.00 more than the email deal we had already made. He stated “It is not our mistake.” However it was listed online and his employee made the deal. Needless to say we were not happy. Jeremy Silva then offered to trade my car in for the $1000.00 he had now added to the already agreed upon price. Knowing my car is worth more than that we declined that offer. Neil and I talked and decided we would offer to meet them halfway; paying them $500 more than the original agreement. We spoke with Jeremy and told him we would meet him halfway on the price regardless of the fact that they would not honor the agreement they had with us originally. Jeremy stated that he would drop the price by $280.00 and no more. This did not even cover the amount of money we spent in gas on the 5 hour trip. At this point, Neil and I decided that we would not deal with company that spelled Honor with L-I-E-S and Integrity with G-R-E-E-D. We left Big Red Sports in Norman, OK and drove the 5 hours home. By the time we had reached Amarillo Big Red Sports had upped the price of the car by $3000.00. It is hard for me to understand how a business that boast that it moves the most cars in the state of Oklahoma could make such a grievous mistake, go back on their word and then refuse to compromise over $280.00. I certainly believe that this Big Red’s Sports is not what they claim to be and should ashamed for the way they treated us as customers. More

Matt Gancheff was a great sales rep. He helped me every step of the way when I came to Big Red to purchase a Kia. I really wanted a Kia Optima and things weren't looking like they were going to pan out. He step of the way when I came to Big Red to purchase a Kia.
