Watch out!! They may sale you a lemon too!! We went and bought a 2011 dodge journey.. Mind you it had a few dents very small... The front bumper wasn't on there right.. (Hubby put it in right when we got home) It look like it could've been in a wreck. So I asked for a car fax. Which I got.. Showed nothing. Anyways we got it on 6/9/14. And on 6/15/14 it started over heated no warning signs nothing. So I called big red told the lady on the phone what was going on she said okay well Ian had left he will be back in the morning call back then anytime after 9a. So I did. She supposedly paged him. Never answered it. Left a message never got a call back. Til 3 days later after we have already took it a dodge dealership here where I live and they told me they won't touch it.. To take it straight back to the dealership I got it they have to fix it and if they can't they will have to put you in a different vehicle . It doesnt matter if it was used or brand new you have 30 days.. So when I finally talked to Ian he said there is nothing they can do we have warranty on it but there is a deductible. So others words they sold me a car that had problems and now don't want to back there deals up.. They give themselves a bad name!! I only had it for 6 days put only 312 miles on it and 200 of those are from the drive home from the dealership.. It's a sad Cause I really liked this car but at this rate it isn't worth it!! More

The only reason why we went ahead purchased here is because it was the only place in the state that had the exact car that I wanted. Josh Puckett, friendly "kid" has no clue how to do professional business. He is immature and has no clue about customer service. All he wants is a paycheck at the end of the day. The first month I owned the car I was in constant phone tag with him to get an additional key and to get problems taken care of with the car. He never returned calls and was the biggest, well almost biggest **** there. The biggest *** was Bruce, the Service Manager. This guy has no idea what is going on, how to handle customers, let alone how to fix problems with vehicles. He lies, cheats, and is the biggest crook of them all, minus the owner of the piece of xxxx car place. No matter what or how big of a scene you cause it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone in UPPER management or the owner. They must all be ***. More

horribly misleading sales tactics Was first quoted a price $8000 more than their advertised internet price. They told me the internet price is for military or students only! Next they Was first quoted a price $8000 more than their advertised internet price. They told me the internet price is for military or students only! Next they brought me an offer for $7000 more than the sticker on the car. I finally stupidly made the mistake of accepting a deal way higher than true market value. ijust realized they made the mistake of charging me $4000 than their own sticker price. I just got totally worked over! Go to Bob Moore Kia instead people. More
Will NEVER buy from there Again! I bought my car, a New 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid, in March of 2013 and we thought we were getting an awesome deal. Well within about 6 months of the purc I bought my car, a New 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid, in March of 2013 and we thought we were getting an awesome deal. Well within about 6 months of the purchase I had to take it in for maintaince. My driver side door would leak when it would rain, my radio screen would take several minutes to come on when starting the car, and it was shifting very hard like a standard (which it is not). So they order a new screen for my radio, a piece for my door seal and they told me that it drove fine to them, that they didnt see the problem. I have taken it back to the dealership twice after that because it has all three of the same exact problems. They continue to tell me that there is nothing wrong with the car. In October of last year, I went in to cancel my extended warranty. As we were there, we realized the price on the purchasing papers was different from what they had orignally told us. The car in the end was almost $5000.00 more then we were told, I know it may not sound like much but it definitely makes a difference in the monthly payment. We talked to a guy in the finance department and he told us the extra charges were for vin etching etc. things that were Not explained to us. So recently I refianaced the car through a different company and they told me to be sure to cancel my Gap coverage through the dealership. I call about a month ago and get the paper to fill out, faxed it back to them and they said I would receieve my refund in 8-12 weeks. I just got a call from the dealership telling me that my Gap was canceled back in October along with the extended warranty. ( not what we asked for) She was not the nicest person to deal with, but she offered to fax me a copy of the cancellation form that she has to prove thats what we asked for. Well her copy has both ext warranty and Gap checked, my original from the day we went to the dealership to sign the paper has ONLY extended warranty checked! Apparently after we left the dealership that night the guy took it upon himself to mark the Gap also. I have had a HORRIBLE experience with this place and I refuse to step foot on that lot ever again! I also make sure to let people know about my experience when I hear them talking about where to go for a new car. My advice is NOT Big Red Kia. Worst experience ever! More

He showed us a vehicle and we were about to test drive it and another salesman came and took the keys and sold it out from under us. So mario told us to come back Monday morning. When we showed up it was his day off so we ended up working with Ian. He was pushy and didnt want to listen to anything we wanted. He showed us a car that wasnt what we wanted. We have 6 kids and we needed an SUV with third rown seating. We ended up with a Ford Flex that only seats 6! So with 8 of us that doesnt work. The battery was all eroded, the inside was a disgusting mess that they told us they would detail, and they never did after us bringing the car back to them and us sitting at the dealership for over 5 hours!! The tires on the car had absolutely no tread! On one of the front tires the wires are showing! They repeatedly promised they would make it right for us and they never have! They knew what our income was and they gave us payments we could not afford! They set us up on weekly payments and didnt give us any time before our next payment was due! We bought our car on a Monday and our first payment was due a week later! They didnt give 2 sh*ts about us not being able to make that payment! These people are the most shady car dealership I have ever been to! They do what they have to do to make the sale with no care in the world how it ends up! I would never recommend Big Red to anyone! I dont care how bad you need a car! I would walk before I bought another car from these guys! More

My wife and I recently had our 3rd child so we are in the market for an SUV with 3 row seating. We had purchased a 2010 Ford Escape from them about 2 years ago and overall the experience was ok other than so market for an SUV with 3 row seating. We had purchased a 2010 Ford Escape from them about 2 years ago and overall the experience was ok other than some misleading information on their part. We'll today my wife and I decided to give them a second chance to make us happy. After 3.5 hours of haggling with them they finally came close to what we could afford (mind you I had to get assertive with them). So they put my wife behind the wheel of a 2009 Kia Borrego and allowed her to bring the car to me so that she could talk me into give in to their quote. It took me all of five seconds of looking over this piece of crap to decide that we will never buy anything from Big Red Sports & Imports ever again. The car had scratches from the front bumper to the rear bumper, the rear lift gate looks like somebody took a baseball bat to it, the interior was scratched and scuffed all to xxxx, there was some kind of nasty sticky stuff in the cup holders, not one of the charging outlets worked, the engine was miss firing and that was just from the quick once over I gave the car. Are these people serious??? I know I don't have the best credit in the world but I'm not that desperate that I need to buy a xxx especially one that they are asking over $15,000 for. Stay far away from Big Red Crooks and Imports people unless of course you are perfectly ok with overpaying and getting ripped off. Please please please research this place other than my review and you will see that Big Red Sports and Imports has a really bad track record horrible customer service, yo yo financing, and other shady business practices. I'm currently in the process of filing as many complaints as I can with the BBB, Oklahoma State Commission of New/ Used Car Dealerships, and who ever else I can find. More
I bought a used car from this dealership from a salesperson named Cody who was a complete idiot. He was rude and obnoxious, not to meantion he was probably 20 years old and thought he knew everythi salesperson named Cody who was a complete idiot. He was rude and obnoxious, not to meantion he was probably 20 years old and thought he knew everything. The car I purchased began having issues so I traded it in at a Landrover dealership. The salesperson at Landrover pulled the car up to the curb, had me stand on the curb and look at the top of the car. The car I was sold at Big Red had apparently been in a hail storm (not disclosed to me) and whoever did the repair work had left dents all over the hood, it was really bad. I had no idea as I am barely 5 feet tall and there is no way I could see up there, and I never thought to inspect the roof of the car. A business with ethics would have disclosed this during the sale. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
