I am sorry you feel this way about Ian. I just spoke wiht him and he explained you left happy, enjoyed the vehicle and the experience. So.....I'm not sure why you are using profanity in a review. Most people that buy vehicles and express they like the vehilce and the salesperson end up buying the vehicle. If they don't like the vehicle or the salesperson, they don't buy the vehicle. If you bring the Flex down here and ask for Steve, I will assure you that I can take care of the detail and look into the tires (provided you don't cuss at me). We try not to be pushy, as you say. However, we do try to earn your business while you are here. We feel you are here for a reason and we are here to provide good service to our customers. I know Ian very well and know him to be a very polite and fair young man. I am not saying he is without fault or makes no mistakes, but he knows the consequences of being rude to a customer. We try our best to make everyone happy. We realize making that 100% is impossible, but we are doing very well to keep those percentiles very high. Please allow me to make this "right" for you. Update to my previous review My wife returned the vehicle back to the dealership and kindly thanked them for their time and that we were not interested. They then proceeded to try and make the sale at all costs to include inquiring about my wife's grandmothers personal finances. They tried to coerce my wife into asking her grandmother personal financial information that is not any of our business let alone any of theirs. They held my wife there for at least 15-30 minutes harassing her tithe point that she was in tears by the time she left. Then to finally cap off a bad experience some guy from Big Red called me (at work) and asks me what's wrong and why I would post such a negative review. By this time I'm fuming mad so I begin to inform this guy exactly what I posted in my previous review. At which time he informs me that they have several options to get us into a vehicle. My reply to that statement was "So your first option was to sell me a piece of crap?" At which time he informs me that the vehicle that he allowed my wife and kids to leave the lot with had not yet been serviced. These people allowed my wife to drive off with a car that could potentially have life endangering mechanical issues. I'm not even going to post the thoughts that we're running through my mind at this point but use your imaginations. This guy then begins to tell me that my problem is that I refuse to help myself so they weren't going to help us and that my finances are the worst he's ever seen. Well maybe my credit isn't great but we all go through hard times and I took the advertisements at their word when they say they will help you get into a vehicle. By this time this guys voice is at an elevated tone almost to screaming at me so I simply hang up. He called me right back and left me a voice mail harassing me stating he had a few more things to inform me of. Yeah right. If this doesn't reinforce my previous post to stay away from these people I don't know what will. These people will try and do anything to make a sale including placing your family at risk by putting them into an unserviced vehicle. Might just have to consult my lawyer on this one.

IF THE DAMAGE WAS ONLY ON THE ROOF OF THE VEHICLE, THERE'S A GOOD CHANCE WE DIDN'T KNOW EITHER. IF WE DID KNOW, WE WOULD HAVE MENTIONED IT....EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T NOTICE IT EITHER. WE ASSUME EVERYONE INSPECTS THE BODY AT THE TIME OF SALE. WE DID NOT TRY TO BE MISLEADING, WE JUST BOTH MISSED IT. IT'S AN HONEST MISTAKE THAT RARELY HAPPENS.
