I will NOT return I'm dissatisfied with the purchase we made. I feel we were pushed into our decision. We were only given one option on a vehicle and told other vehicle I'm dissatisfied with the purchase we made. I feel we were pushed into our decision. We were only given one option on a vehicle and told other vehicles in the same price range wouldn't work. I was allowed to drive the car 2 whole blocks. I feel that our salesman took advantage of us being first time buyers. He was very distasteful and I will NOT Be returning unless we are able to come back and look at other cars that we could be approved for and change out the car if we were to find one. More

Fun Time Atmosphere is a bit chaotic and yet I still had a pretty good time. Drove a ways for a good deal and I got one. Stay away from these guys I bought a 2011 Dodge Ram Sport from them. They said they had done a lot of work to it and I was getting a great deal. Since then I've spent over $150 I bought a 2011 Dodge Ram Sport from them. They said they had done a lot of work to it and I was getting a great deal. Since then I've spent over $1500 trying to get the truck in shape. They didn't even detail it before delivery. The passenger headlight plug kept vibrating loose and so I ordered another plug. It came today but guess what..... There are two completely different headlight assemblies. One is the "high end" headlight that the truck was born with and the other is a "base model" headlight that they put on it. So there goes another $400. I called and talked to a manager but was told used cars arte sold as is and that I should've checked it out better. Well I'll never deal there again and I'll warn off anybody who will listen. More

Epic time waster, spinning enough yard to knit a sweater! I have been going rounds with Big Red for almost 3 weeks now, trying to buy a car. I heard their commercial on the radio, about an incredible sale and I have been going rounds with Big Red for almost 3 weeks now, trying to buy a car. I heard their commercial on the radio, about an incredible sale and a deal where someone could buy 2 Kia Souls and all you needed to do was provide check stubs and proof of where you live. Although I don't like to work with dealers outside my area and it's an hour and a half drive away, I was tempted by their promise of guaranteed approval and called in. A pleasant sounding woman named Jennifer answered and when I asked for the internet department (so I could get internet pricing) she told me I had it, how could she help me. I explained to her about hearing the radio ad and she told me to look over the vehicles on their website, see which one I liked, write down the stock number, and she'd call me back in an hour or so to go from there. When she called me back, we discussed the vehicle and she told me they were having a zero-down-payment special that weekend. She emailed the link to do a credit app to me, and I completed it. The next day she called, wanting me to go visit the dealership. I made it plain both in my written inquiry and to her on the phone that day (and several times in the weeks that followed) that I would NOT waste my time driving an hour and a half both ways, unless we had a set-in-stone deal. She tried several things including telling me if I found the vehicle I wanted, but wanted a different color or option, they could special order it at the same price as what was on their lot and deliver it to me at my house for an additional $300. But still, she wouldn't tell me anything specific about the car I kept saying I wanted to buy. Finally after a week of that I thanked her for her time and told her no thanks. Within minutes I received a phone call from Brittany who said she was the internet sales manager. She told me they took the time to call in favors to get my credit approved and the least I could do was return the favor and drive over there to talk with them. I told her I'd talk with my husband and call her back. Another week went by with occasional calls from Jennifer asking when I'd be coming and me telling her I wouldn't be coming unless we had a done-did-deal. Finally two days ago I told her, just forget the whole thing, I was going to a different dealership. A few hours later, Cody from Finance called me asking if he could help. I explained to him that I simply wasn't going to drive all the way there to look at a car I loved only to drive it and wait an hour or two and then have a guy come out from the back and tell me I didn't qualify for that one and show me the one I really did qualify for. I don't have time for that and they'd already pulled my credit, got an approval (supposedly) and I'd even faxed in pay stubs/etc so there was no reason for them to put me through that when they already knew what I qualified for and could tell me right then on the phone. I don't need the dog and pony show to get where they want me to be - ready to buy. He seemed to understand and told me what I needed to know which was the price range and year range of vehicle I needed to be looking at. I spent an evening pouring over their website, and found the car I wanted, that fit in what he said would most likely work. Today I called, and said hey I found the one, would you like the stock number? And he said..... No, come to the dealership and we'll look to see if we still have it but if we don't I'm sure we'll have something similar and we'll do some test drives and find a car for you. SIGH. Needless to say, I won't be going there or buying from them. I make deals all day long, it's what I do for a living working as a paralegal in a law office. To quote that lady in all the Facebook memes, "Ain't no body got time for that!" If you want to be told whatever you want to hear just to get you there, and then find out the real deal, by all means, go to Big Red. But if you don't have time for all that nonsense and just want to buy a car with full disclosure, go elsewhere. More
