Two times the bad experience. First off Trevor Miller and Scott (I believe Scott is the sales manager) seem to be the only competent people I have dealt with in this business out o First off Trevor Miller and Scott (I believe Scott is the sales manager) seem to be the only competent people I have dealt with in this business out of both my car deals. First time buying David "DC" Cox apparently lied his butt off to me and my wife. He got us in a crap car, told us after 6 months we could come back and trade up, and told us that their lender would report our credit to all the agency's. Yea, everything he said were lies, for example my credit wasn't reported to the agency's as it was told it would be and it didn't help my credit a bit. Plus less than a week after the purchase we had a very long and irritating situation with their service department because the car had broken parts on the drive home. We gave it a year to be safe before we came back in to trade up. Upon coming in we were told trading up was impossible. We were told (by a higher up) our car was crap and nobody would take it at any dealership, and our best bet was letting it be voluntarily repossessed (which they tried to swear up and down wouldn't hurt us in any way in future vehicle purchases or financially) and getting into another used vehicle because they couldn't put us in that new vehicle we were promised, and they aren't responsible for what their salesman say, but they were "truly sorry" we got screwed. Unfortunately we had to have a bigger car because our family had just grown. We decided to give them a second chance because our salesman Trevor this time was being up front and not bull crapping us to make a sale and we would have to figure out how to handle our other car on our own without their terrible advice. The sale went relatively smooth but the paperwork was wrong on our address and my wife's name. They were told to fix it but didn't. Later after the purchase they had to drive to my wife's job to have her sign the new fixed papers we had to ride their butts about. Since then I have called a great number of times trying to get copies of the correct paperwork mailed to me. So far one person just never put in for it when I called and hung up on me cutting me off. Another time the mailing address was still wrong even after supposedly fixing it so we never got it. Now after finally receiving it finally I look at the paperwork, and even after confirming the address on the phone last time I called, all the paperwork has the wrong address on it still! Come on people, how do you function on a daily basis?! On top of all this because of their constant screwing up my tag is already 2 weeks late to be paid. Apparently they will pay the late fee but I have but of course it's at my inconvenience. I have to drive from where I live in Guthrie Oklahoma all the way to Norman to give them that receipt to be reimbursed. Hooray, maybe it will come out even with the giant amount of gas I will have to use! Plus while all this is going on I have had another extremely frustrating encounter with their incompetent service department over a simple mirror fix on the drivers side. Scott and Trevor were both fortunately there to help straighten them out and do their job for them. Those two guys have been so wonderful and I'm unbelievably thankful for their help. Unfortunately though their place of work doesn't operate on their level of professionalism. More

Worst dealership ever!!! Traded our car in for a bigger car because our family is growing. I paid more then I should have on car but thought I was getting good car. We bought the car on Saturday, on our hour drive back home it made a weird noise. Took car back when they opened Monday. I wanted to reverse transaction but told that couldn't be done and they sent me to Volkswagen dealership to get fixed. Left car with them and was able to pick up next day but on way home again the tire light comes on. Tread was fine but there were bubbles on sidewall of tires so Replaced tires Wednesday. 2 weeks later the dealership calls and tells me they lost my paper work and need to sign all of it again. I drive again over an hour out of my way to resign paperwork. I reached out to dealership about my issues to see if anything could be done to help me out and never heard from them. The worst dealership I have ever been to and would never recommend. Awful customer service. More
