I had taken my Sorento to Walmart for an oil change, when I began to have a leak somewhere from my engine, I took it to the dealership and the oil plug was loose, along with other problems caused by Walmart. Big Red's service dept. remedied the situation for me and a lesson was learned about where to have oil service from now on! More

No customer Service Heard all of their advertisements on the radio, so on my day off of work I drove down there. When I pulled up I got out of my car and proceeded to look at the Kia Souls. No one came out to assist me. Finally I saw a salesman coming towards me (I was the only one on the lot), I thought help was finally coming. Nope. He was talking dirty to someone on his cell phone and walked right passed me. I called the main number and requested assistance, but the receptionist acted like she didn't know what customer service was. Apparently this was beyond their comprehension. I left and will never go back. More
3rd time was the charm I have bought two cars previously from Big Red. Both without incident. After a few weeks I am happy to say that Lisa Bell and Bruce from the service department went out of their way and took care of me. I hope that I continue to have a great relationship with the dealership because it is people like the above that deserve the title Customer Service. More
Surprised me! I purchased a used Kia from Big Red at a more than fair price for them after the salesperson told me there wasn't anything wrong with it. Turns out t I purchased a used Kia from Big Red at a more than fair price for them after the salesperson told me there wasn't anything wrong with it. Turns out the stereo is fried. First they said the previous owner installed an after market stereo and didn't replace the original one correctly and they would fix it. Then their service tech came and told me, yeah he could fix it...for $300! I responded to their email thanking me for my purchase and asking me to leave several reviews by stating this and that they should repair it or refund $300. Needless to say, I received zero response from them. So, all they did was reinforce the used car sales stereotype of being dishonest. If they surprise me and deal with this issue I will update my review. ******UPDATE******Well, it took some time (2 weeks) but they did surprise me! They fixed the stereo issue at no additional charge to me and it works fine. The service techs were very friendly and they even washed the car when they had finished. I wish I hadn't gone through the hassle of trying to get the repair done (and the haggling over the cost) but they did come through in the end and because of that I can now recommend Big Red. Just remember your due diligence. More

I have bought many cars in my 60 some years and NEVER had a salesman offer to come to my home to finish up a sale. We were treated with respect and kindness. Hold on to this man and maybe have some of your other sales persons learn from him, because the 41/2 hr I was there I saw and heard some very rude remarks and treatment and because none had name tags I there fore couldnt make a complaint as I most certainly would have...
