Heartbroken The new 2016 Kia Sportage I purchased was misrepresented as having met all of my written must have requirements, which included everything I had on my The new 2016 Kia Sportage I purchased was misrepresented as having met all of my written must have requirements, which included everything I had on my old 2013 Kia Sportage in addition to 4 other requirements. When I discovered that the backup warning system was not on the new vehicle, even though I had it on my list of must haves and I had it on my 2013 Sportage, I took the new vehicle back and they refused to add it unless I paid half of the installation. All they wanted was the sale. After I bought the car they had no more use for me. I left there feeling as if I had made one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I made the mistake of trusting the dealer who sold me my last two vehicles. I will not be purchasing another car from Big Red. I consider this a big loss since I had expected to purchase all of my future vehicles here. Bruce, the gentleman in the service department is as nice as they come, and I will miss him very much. More

There were some issues with the process, and management has been very attentive in seek I recently purchased a 2016 Kia Soul at Big Red Kia in Norman. There were some issues with the process, and management has been very attentive in seeking to resolve those issues and helping to come to a resolution that we were both able to feel good about. The resolution is still in process and so I will update my review at the end of the process. I would recommend the dealership for pricing and financing options, and overall the staff is very friendly. As with any big operation communication can be an issue, however, making sure things are thoroughly covered should help to alleviate any snags in the process. More
