Had it towed to the closest dealership in Amarillo. Called Big red. No call back. Paid to have the engine replaced. After 2 weeks called big red. They will return my call, never happened. The engine was covered in sludge so much that the engine locked. SLUDGE! Not my fault. Not covered. They refuse to to the right thing. Most recently got kicked out of their business because they can't answer my questions. Nice. If you are a military member who just moved to the okc area, do not choose this place to buy your car. They will take advantage of you. #boycottbigred #liars More

I got a brand new 2016 Kia Sportage and couldn't be happier with the service or attention that I received from everybody up there. It really did not take too long at all either considering it was the President's Day Sale. Overall, I am very happy with my new vehicle and the service. I would definitely recommend them to others when they are looking for a new car! More

Mike never made us feel pushed or pressured. Scott helped with the financing. He answered our questions and explained things very clearly. He was willing to do things in an unorthodox manner just for our comfort and ease of mind. More

I got the same song and dance with this company every time I have tried to do business with them, they assure me I'm pre-approved and all I need to do is bring in my info and pick out my vehicle, well I get down there which is not a close commute and I'm not there 10 mins and they tell me they can't help me that I either need a significant down or a cosigner, this last time I verified multiple times before I came that all was good and I was told yes well that was an outright lie! Do you guys not even look at the applications!? I know you run my credit because I follow it and get alerted when It gets hit which was like over 10 times by the way! I will not do business with your company ever! I am tired of being treated this way and I know I'm worth more because I pay my payments on my vehicles and keep them a long time so your only hurting yourselves by missing out on a good customer! Also I did not care for the salesman they assigned me he was not interested in really helping me and he treated me like I was a waste of his time and he did not want to be there! More

They'll promise to repair the un The insanity of this place deserves pages of reviews, but I'll limit to a few bullet points: - Record. Everything. They'll promise to repair the undisclosed hail damage "no problem," and ensure us we're owed this and that. With all the lies we'd been suspecting of even at this point, we'd recorded the conversation. But the weeks-later new management told us too bad, so sad. - Even though their management will change (who knows how often), the same creeps/liars are kept shuffled in the background. - When they lie to you about a service agreement, just go straight to the service agreement area. This is a trend. They'll point the finger at someone else (bank, etc.) - only to be told off by the other party. However, you need to ensure you contact the other party. In our case, it was about their refusal to cancel a service agreement (the agreement had many fraud notices/ insanely overpriced compared to other deals, etc.). - They tried to do that numbers-in-square trick and skew payment. Luckily, my wife was an accountant and got the financing people to both change the wrong price AND apologize for it. - The car had multiple issues the first day we got it, and they didn't disclose that it was a rental car. (We had to find that out through a different party). The broken passenger mirror on the first evening was a fun plus. - New? owner later attempted to make things right, but did hardly anything. I'll note there seemed to be maybe two people (during my months-long process of their correcting what they messed up) that tried to at least pretend they hoped to make things right. - Forget trying to find a car via their Website. They're all about the bait-and-switch. More
