Horrible dealership, horrible salespeople I admit it's my fault that I didn't bring anybody with me to buy my first car. (My fiancé and I bought a new and a used car from them the same day) Bu I admit it's my fault that I didn't bring anybody with me to buy my first car. (My fiancé and I bought a new and a used car from them the same day) But the salesmen manipulate you and lie to you, making you think you have a good deal. They say a used car is one price, and it turns out to be double. They say you get 3 free oil changes if you buy a brand new car (that's a lie). They let you drive the used car off the lot with the check engine light on. I do NOT recommend this dealership at all. Bring someone that has bought a car with you before so they can help you distinguish what is the truth and what the salesmen are lying about. Very unprofessional. More
Buyer beware! I was interested in one of Big Red's cars so I test drove it and asked for a Carfax on the vehicle. They gave me the car's AutoCheck saying they used I was interested in one of Big Red's cars so I test drove it and asked for a Carfax on the vehicle. They gave me the car's AutoCheck saying they used this service instead of Carfax. The AutoCheck showed the car's history as wreck free. When I later obtained this vehicle's Carfax it showed it had been involved in THREE wrecks, one with structural damage! I checked the VIN number to make sure these reports were describing the same vehicle. They were! Since the car was recently bought at auction by Big Red (both AutoCheck and Carfax agreed on this detail), either they were incompetently naïve when they made the purchase or, more likely, they were aware of the car's poor history and failed to disclose this to me. Either way, such actions should make one VERY cautious before doing business with Big Red. The salesman with whom I dealt was very friendly and helpful. He was new to Big Red and I truly don't believe he was aware of the car's history. But someone at Big Red very likely was aware of the vehicle's past structural damage. When were they going to disclose this to me--after I purchased the vehicle? Buyer beware! More

Great place to go I hate to see all the negative reviews because I thought this place was great. Kyle was super nice and helpful and got me into the car I needed. They didn't lock me in a room for two hours to try and sell me a million extra things (happened at Hudiburg with my last car). I was mildly irritated that they wouldn't just approve me on my own, but they warned me that it was just going to make my payments way too high if I didn't get a cosigner. So I do feel like they actually cared about me and my situation, and not just "Hey, you want this car? Okay, here you go and here's your huge payments bye". I would recommend coming here if you already know what you're looking for, or need to get out of whatever crappy vehicle you may currently have. More

A dealership that does not care about it's customers I bought a 2011 Dodge Dakota with 130000 one owner miles ( so I was told) when the title was sent to me, it was not a one owner, they told me that the I bought a 2011 Dodge Dakota with 130000 one owner miles ( so I was told) when the title was sent to me, it was not a one owner, they told me that they had serviced it but when I got home I pulled the air cleaner top off and NO FILTER in it. I did buy it as is but the second day I had it the air compressor locked up. I called the salesman Sam Nicholson and he tole me too bad ( not his exact words but that was the bottom line) I chatted with some lady ( two times) and told her my story and she said she would have the manager contact me. that was two weeks ago and no call. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS BUYER BEWARE--ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GIVE A FLIP ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER. More
