Dishonest My vehicle was still under warranty I had some body work done on it. They left all the screws out on the front end underneath piece that runs from dri My vehicle was still under warranty I had some body work done on it. They left all the screws out on the front end underneath piece that runs from driver to passenger side. When I took it to another dealership they told me about the missing screws. I explained that Big Red Sports and Imports, where I purchased the vehicle, was the only persons who had worked on the vehicle. Specifically in that area of the vehicle. I was standing there listening on speaker phone when the other dealership contacted Big Red Sports and Imports. They claimed that there was no way they did that. I had saved the work order showing they had definitely worked on that area of the vehicle. I guess Big Red Sports and Imports is perfect and never makes mistakes. I would think if you knew you had worked on that area of the vehicle you would at least entertain the idea that it may have happened. Not in this case. Basically following the mistake they made they refused to take responsibility for it. Lieing by stating there was no way it was done by them. Also beware that when you purchase your vehicle from them they will tell you that you can bring your vehicle back and trade it in on something else once you've proven your making your payment's. One year after purchasing the car, making every payment on time, they refused to let me trade it in. So whatever you purchase you are stuck with unless you win the lottery or have a child as they will take large sums of money over the value of the vehicle or your first born child as payment. Good luck and don't say you weren't warned. Oh yeah, before you purchase your vehicle they are so sweet and nice. Once you purchase the vehicle all that changes. They are not nice or sweet but downright rude. Sighing over the phone because they are frustrated with you and your questions. We got your money now go away already. More
