This by far was a God send to see this car on the internet and call before anyone else had a chance to call. I knew the price was more than I had in my budget, but I thought if they knew I had cash, internet and call before anyone else had a chance to call. I've had problems in the past with other dealers and salespeople BS and was in no mood. I called and got LaTanya and low and behold she was the most pleasant person I've ever spoke with regarding purchasing a car with cash. I told her how much I had to spend and if she could some way work with me, because I did not have any extra for tag, title and registration fees that it was what it was. Mrs. Crawford said that they would check with her superior and give me a call back in 10 minutes and she did what she said she would do, which was very surprising to me. Salespeople from other dealers that I had contacted in the last couple of weeks was not as accommodating and kind of rude. Mrs. Crawford said that they would take what I had and all fees included. She asked when did I want to come out to look at the car and do a test drive to make my mind up. I told her I would come the next day and gave her a time. She then put me in contact with Mr. Gregory Johnson and he was just as pleasant the the very best customer service, I told him if they would put in writing the agreement that I made with Mrs. Crawford and email me the Carfax as well, he said he would and did. Mr. Johnson called me back 45 minutes later and told me that he had ordered new tires for the car and it would be ready the next day after the test drive and they would repair anything I found that needed repairing on the car and put it in writing, that I found to be very surprising and was very pleased at the professionalism and great customer service I received. I recommend Sons Honda to everyone who wants to be given the royal treatment and best deal in Atlanta metropolitan area. THANKS!! More
I would wholeheartedly recommend Sons Honda, and particularly, Internet sales' Kevin Frye. He was absolutely a pleasure to deal with (something we don't often get to say about car salesmen)! Not only did Sons meet the pricing I was looking for, they did it with absolutely no BS (another something we don't often get to say about car salesmen). The paperwork was done ahead of time, the car was waiting when we arrived, and it was by far the most quick and painless car buying experience I have ever had. In the two days I have owned my car, I've already recommended Kevin and Sons to at least a dozen people. I see other new Odysseys on the road and think, "Betcha didn't have the experience I did!" I would also give kudos to Andre in the finance department, for finding me a fantastic finance rate - even better than my bank, who I thought was unbeatable! All in all, a completely stress-free purchase. I'll definitely be back for my next Honda! More

I had been researching the 2010 Honda Accord exv6 w/navigation and had contacted a certain detailer that was much closer to my home, and was not impressed and did not receive much help from that deal w/navigation and had contacted a certain detailer that was much closer to my home, and was not impressed and did not receive much help from that dealer; so I emailed the next closest dealer to me which was Sons Honda and received an immediate response from Mr. Kevin Frye. He had all the answers to all of my questions and went far and above--very knowledgable. He was very friendly, open and honest, I never felt pressured during the purchasing process. I had my mind made up for this car in a certain color with several added accessories. But once I was ready to make the purchase, Mr. Frye was unable to locate this particularly car (due to end of the year clearance), so he encouraged me and my husband to come in and take a look at the 2011 Accord. I was so disappointed but thought I'd just go anyway and I was just blown away by this car! Mr. Frye was able to get the car in the color that I originally wanted in the 2010 with all the accessories--He actually remembered everything that I wanted. He was patient and very knowledgable thoughout the whole process. He was key in my making this purchase. Mr. Frye really went above and beyond with his excellent customer service. Taking my calls and providing answers to my many questions--even on his off days. My husband is already thinking of making another purchase and when we are ready it will be with Mr. Frye. I recently purchased a new Honda Fit from this dealer. All of the price negotiation and was done via phone and e-mail, and Kevin and LaTanya were very responsive and easy to deal with when I was pricing between different dealer quotes. Just before I finalized my decision I was down to speaking with just one other dealer, and with them it took nearly five tries through their phone system just to get to someone's voicemail. With the price to the point that I was comfortable with, I based my decision on the fact that Kevin and LaTanya were much easier to communicate with. Once we'd agreed on a price, Kevin went out of his way to make sure we got our top color choice, which they ended up getting from elsewhere. When we arrived at the dealership and inspected the car, he was extremely particular about making sure the car was clean before letting us take it - noticing things we weren't paying attention to. He also gave a great explanation of servicing requirements so that we wouldn't have to spend any more than necessary. At no time did I feel pressured to buy excess options, and when I did ask for the center arm rest option he gave me a price around $30 less than I'd seen elsewhere. Throughout the whole checkout process he was extremely friendly and patient, as was everyone else we interacted with. If we stay in the area and want a Honda in the future I don't see any reason why I wouldn't come back to these guys. More

While cruising through Atlanta the "wrench" light came on, the car had 29,850 miles on it. We saw the billboard for Sons Honda in McDonough, Georgia and we easily followed the directions, exited the highway and pulled into their service department. We thought we would grab lunch while they checked out the car. The service department was quick, attentive, and courteous. Brian got us right through in about 45 minutes. The oil was changed, the tires rotated, filters changed, and brakes checked. While we waited we were invited into the waiting area for drinks and donuts. Two salespeople spoke with us and were genuinely friendly and wished us well. We walked around the lot looking at new cars when we were approached by Maurice who was equally friendly and had a smile that could light the night time skies! Our overall experience with Sons Honda was unelieveable considering the fact that they knew we were just "drive thorugh" customers of Honda. They represented the mission of Honda well and are a true testimony to the reason why I just LOVE my Honda. A huge thank you to all the people at Sons Honda in McDonough, Georgia! Our final price of $29,033.96 was markedly off of the MSRP of $35,715. We believe this was due to the USAA discount and the generous trade-in on our 2004 Honda Odyssey. We have really enjoyed our previous 2004 Honda Odyssey and are pleased to be abale to stay in a Honda for the coming years. More
I am about to be 54 years of age, and have purchased numerous vehicles over the years. I can honestly say the purchase of my wife's Honda Civic at Son's was one of the best (if not the best) car buying numerous vehicles over the years. I can honestly say the purchase of my wife's Honda Civic at Son's was one of the best (if not the best) car buying experiences I have ever had. The people were professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Even before I made it to the dealership they stayed in contact with me by phone or e-mail letting me know what was going on with the car. When my wife and I arrived they were johnny-on-the-spot to meet us and welcome us, then made water and fruit available to us for refreshment. As we went over the vehicle and paperwork they were very patient and thorough through-out the whole time we were there. Even Willie in the finance department made me feel good about giving him our money! After the purchase they detailed the car and filled it up with gas for the ride home. Last, but not least, several days after we had the car Mr. Frye called and e-mailed us to ensure we were in fact happy with the car and the car buying experience. I ensured him we were, and that I had already recommended several people to him and the folks at Son's. Would I go back and purchase another vehicle from them? You bet! Jeff Hall More
When I began doing research on the 2010 Honda Accord EX-L V6, I submitted a quote request through Edmunds.com and was contacted by 4 out of the 5 dealers listed in my area. Sons Honda gave me the lowest quo V6, I submitted a quote request through Edmunds.com and was contacted by 4 out of the 5 dealers listed in my area. Sons Honda gave me the lowest quote out of the 5, both on the model with the navigation system and without. So, I talked with Hersel Gunn, the Internet Sales Manager at Sons Honda and 2 other dealers for a week, learning about the options on the car and negotiating the terms of a possible purchase, and by the end of the week, Sons was still making me the best deal on the car. Hersel was, by far, the most responsive and most knowledgable sales person of the 3 that I talked with. He always returned my phone calls and emails very promptly and always answered my questions fully (and there were lots of them!). He also has a great personality and was actually fun to talk to, which helped to make the whole experience the best car-buying experience I've ever had....and I'm 49 years old! I was undecided as to whether to spring for the Navigation System, or not. Hersel explained some of the features of the Navi just over the phone with me and of course, made it sound just wonderful, but he never got pushy with me, which I very much appreciated. He also sold me on the moonroof visor (a dealer add-on), as to the quieting effect that it has, which makes it so much nicer to have a conversation in the car, listen to music, or even talk using the Bluetooth! I never would have kept that option on the car if he hadn't told me about those benefits. When my husband and I went to the dealership, Hersel demonstrated the Bluetooth and Naviagation systems for us and of course I wanted them! Then I found out there were no Dark Cherry Pearls with Navi available in any neighboring states! (I was buying at the end of the model year). I was crushed! Hersel gently asked if I'd like to take a look at the Bali Blue Pearl (Gently, because he knew I had my sights dead-set on the Dark Cherry with Ivory interior!). He said it was a really pretty color and he thought I might like it, but they had just sold the only Bali Blue w/Navi that they had. They only had a Bali Blue w/o Navi on the lot, so if that did turn out to be a workable option for me, they'd see if they could find me one of those. Again, he came across as just making a helpful suggestion; I didn't feel like I was being pushed toward something else just for the sake of him making a sale. Once I saw the Bali Blue, I decided to get that color with the Navi instead of a Dark Cherry Pearl without the Navi, so Hersel had to spend the afternoon driving to another dealership to pick one up for me. As it turns out, I absolutely LOVE the Bali Blue Pearl, and the gray interior is a lot prettier than the gray interior that was in my 2004 Accord, so even though it's not the color I originally set out to get, I think I actually have an even prettier car! And, I've already fallen in love with the roof visor, Bluetooth, and the Navi. Everyone at Sons Honda was very pleasant and friendly, from the Receptionist, to the other Salesmen, to the Finance and Insurance guy. While we were at the dealership completing our purchase, the Sales Manager came over and introduced herself and congratulated us on our new car. Before we left the dealership, Hersel showed us a lot more about the Bluetooth and Navigation since we had never used them before. He also took us over to the Service Department and introduced us to their Service staff and showed us around the Service Area. So, to sum it all up, I got a GREAT deal on a great car at Sons Honda! Working with them on getting this car was actually a pleasurable experience (and I have NEVER said that about buying a car!) and I am 100% satisfied with their level of customer service and professionalism. I will be singing their praises to everybody that's going to be telling me what a beautiful car I bought and when I get ready to buy another car, I will be making a beeline to Hersel Gunn at Sons Honda!
