I went to Sons Honda just looking at the vehicles. The salesman (Dayo Bello) approached me with such a pleasant greeting. My salesman was pleasant through the whole sale, the finance manager was pleasant as well. When you walk in the dealership you are greeted by people who enjoy doing what they do. We stopped by Sons Honda earlier this week to test drive a CRV. We had not intended to purchase a car that day; however, Dayo Bello and Cathy Miller went above and beyond to meet all of my husband's demand a CRV. We had not intended to purchase a car that day; however, Dayo Bello and Cathy Miller went above and beyond to meet all of my husband's demands for a 'great deal". Prior to arriving at the dealership, he had done research and had a price in mind for the car. Although our figures did not jibe initially with the Dayo's and Cathy's, they met us half way and we traded my old car and purchased the CRV. I would highly recommend the dealership and our salespeople to any of our friends who are in the market for a new or used car. Susan and George More
We traded with Sons of Honda for what we thought would be a smooth transition. Where instead it has been one problem after another. They lost our house keys and other car key when we gave them our key chain a smooth transition. Where instead it has been one problem after another. I live over 100 miles from the dealership so we called them and they couldn't find my keys. We had to also stay on them about our Tag, Title and the Money that they owed us that was promised on a "WE OWE" Paper. I wouldn't recommend them nor would I deal with them again. More
I recently purchased a CRV from Tim Baxter, who was EXTREMELY patient with me! I shopped around a good bit and I consider myself a picky customer.... Tim returned my every call in a timely manner, worked with me on the price I wanted, and overall provided the customer service that I expect, in a friendly yet professional manner! The experience from beginning to end was great! He spent time showing me the wonderful features of the car before I drove off happily! I LOVE my new car!! I would not hesitate to send customers to him! More

The service was great. When I arrived, an employee patiently listened to and understood the problems I was having with my car. Immediately after I finished, he took my car into car service to get it w patiently listened to and understood the problems I was having with my car. Not only were my problems resolved, but my car received a complimentary wash as well. I greatly appreciate the service at this dealership. Good work! More
We drove across town just to deal with Tim Baxter at Sons Honda. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and handled the sale of our new Odyssey quickly and easily and gave us a great deal. We handled a lot of the process on the phone and couldn't have been happier dealing with Tim and was very happy with the dealership when we arrived. We have since been invited to a New Owner Workshop to help answer any questions we have about our new purchase and I'm very pleased about this added service. Our new Odyssey has lot of new features that I'm unfamiliar with and this workshop sounds perfect for me. Thanks to everyone at Sons Honda. I'm looking forward to many happy years with my new Honda! We had visited several car dealerships prior to coming to Sons Honda.At one dealership,we were met at the front door by several fellows dressed like the "Men in Black" wearing earpieces and asked if we had a Sons Honda.At one dealership,we were met at the front door by several fellows dressed like the "Men in Black" wearing earpieces and asked if we had an appointment and that we needed to sign in.There was nothing on that lot that appealed to us and we turned around and left.At Sons Honda,Tim Baxter greeted us and we told him we were looking for a CRV loaded with all the "bells and Whistles"-he was very patient and helped us find the ideal car! He facilitated the trade-in process and got the paperwork rolling for purchase.I drove home that evening in a beautiful 2013 CRV with all the bells and whistles.Tim gave me his card and informed me I could call anytime if I had any questions. More
I ordered parts for my 2007 Honda Cr-V last month and received an email the next day stating that I needed to pay an additional $20.15 for one of the parts I ordered. I said that was fine and thought no received an email the next day stating that I needed to pay an additional $20.15 for one of the parts I ordered. I said that was fine and thought nothing of it until I received my package a few days later. They charged me $16.95 for shipping AND had me pay extra for the part, for a package that cost $5.35 to ship. I feel VERY ripped off and will not order, or recommend them further. More
