We drove across town just to deal with Tim Baxter at Sons Honda. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and handled the sale of our new Odyssey quickly and easily and gave us a great deal. We handled a lot of the process on the phone and couldn't have been happier dealing with Tim and was very happy with the dealership when we arrived. We have since been invited to a New Owner Workshop to help answer any questions we have about our new purchase and I'm very pleased about this added service. Our new Odyssey has lot of new features that I'm unfamiliar with and this workshop sounds perfect for me. Thanks to everyone at Sons Honda. I'm looking forward to many happy years with my new Honda! We had visited several car dealerships prior to coming to Sons Honda.At one dealership,we were met at the front door by several fellows dressed like the "Men in Black" wearing earpieces and asked if we had a Sons Honda.At one dealership,we were met at the front door by several fellows dressed like the "Men in Black" wearing earpieces and asked if we had an appointment and that we needed to sign in.There was nothing on that lot that appealed to us and we turned around and left.At Sons Honda,Tim Baxter greeted us and we told him we were looking for a CRV loaded with all the "bells and Whistles"-he was very patient and helped us find the ideal car! He facilitated the trade-in process and got the paperwork rolling for purchase.I drove home that evening in a beautiful 2013 CRV with all the bells and whistles.Tim gave me his card and informed me I could call anytime if I had any questions. I ordered parts for my 2007 Honda Cr-V last month and received an email the next day stating that I needed to pay an additional $20.15 for one of the parts I ordered. I said that was fine and thought no received an email the next day stating that I needed to pay an additional $20.15 for one of the parts I ordered. I said that was fine and thought nothing of it until I received my package a few days later. They charged me $16.95 for shipping AND had me pay extra for the part, for a package that cost $5.35 to ship. I feel VERY ripped off and will not order, or recommend them further. More
Our experience at Sons Honda was delightful from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough in all aspects of the sales process. Rashad worked with us to make sure we got the deal we wanted and were comfortable with. He also made a point of showing us around the service area and introducing us to the service manager. He worked with us seamlessly through the USAA car buying service program as well. We will definitely recommend Rashad and Sons Honda to our friends and family, and will definitely return in the future. We have three Honda vehicles now and will definitely stay loyal to Honda, dealers like Sons definitely influence that decision. More
I have not purchsed a "new" vehicle since 1995 and was a bit apprehensive but Tim Baxter put me at ease and it was a very freindly, patient atmosphere, not pushy, mostly educational about the vehi and was a bit apprehensive but Tim Baxter put me at ease and it was a very freindly, patient atmosphere, not pushy, mostly educational about the vehicle. I came in interested in a economical car and Tim was very patient as I drove 2 different vehicles, left to try a Toyota and came back, drove again and decided on the CRV. very happy! More
Appreciative of the fact Tim showed respect and professionalism. Not too excited about having to play games with the manager, though. We have always dealt with Bellamy- Strickland in the past and have been able to shoot straight with our salesman, so we may just be a little spoiled. On a positive note, you guys were far superior to McDonough Toyota. You could see right through the "old school" tactics they were using over there. By the way, it was a little strange to me that the salesmen at Son's didn't really have their own space. I may be wrong, but it just appeared that they were just being used as a go between for the manager and not part of the Son's "family". Regardless, we love the Odyssey and would come back and buy from Tim again. **One more thing- frustrating to have to create an account to submit this review!:) More
I traded in my 2006 Civic for a Certified Pre-Owned 2010 Accord Coupe. I communicated via email with Mohamed for a couple weeks before I was able to drive down and see him and the cars on their lot. First, the prices I found online were exactly the prices I found on the lot. Mohamed took me out in 5 different cars to help me get a feel for the different options, and I settled on a coupe that I liked. As for my trade, they met my expectation in terms of my trade in value, and soon after that we had a deal. Lastly, since I purchased the car on a Sunday and the detail crew was not in that day, Mohamed told me to come back at my convenience to get my car detailed and have floor mats put in. He took care of this today, exactly as he said he would. Very honest and fair dealings with Sons Honda. I plan to go back in a few months to replace our other 11+ year old minivan. More
