AWFUL, HORRIBLE, HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! Bought a new Civic from them and they told me the color I wanted was at another dealer so we signed paperwork and put our money down and when we came the next day Civic from them and they told me the color I wanted was at another dealer so we signed paperwork and put our money down and when we came the next day they said they couldn't get me the color I wanted. When I requested my money I put down back they wouldn't give it to me! We ended up having to buy what we didn't want so we didn't lose our down payment! It was awful! I purchased my vehicle at the end of December and could not be happier with this decision. I have enjoyed my car (Honda, Crosstour) but the service, friendliness, and overall customer service I received from Marcel made my purchase that much more enjoyable. The crew at Sons were extremely helpful in all aspects of the deal and helping me with my trade in. LaTanya Crawford was extremely friendly and professional in fielding my phone calls and getting me a prompt answer. Overall I can't say enough good things about this group of professionals. I feel I got a great deal on the car I purchased, a fair trade in price, great interest rate on the finance, and a very nice car that my wife and I will be driving for a long time. Normal negotiations are usually quite stressful, not here. It was easy from start to finish. We completely enjoyed the experience and recommend anyone considering purchasing a vehicle to visit. Salesmen Tim Baxter and Dave Davis were great. Managers William Jackson and Jason went above and beyond my expectaions. I did bring the vehicle in a few days later to have the tires checked and a trim clip replaced and the service was done immediately on a Saturday. Normally I would expect to wait hours just walking in like that. I also asked to have the vehicle re detailed and Cody (exceptionally impressed by that young man)made sure that the vehicle met my standards with no questions asked. Sons Honda is not your typical dealership. From sales to service it shows that they care about their customers. I will send my friends. More

I have had my car serviced here going on a year and a half now and have received honest, exceptional service. Cody Garner is the only service advisor I have dealt with and he has always gone out of his way to take care of me as a customer to ensure my expectations have been met. Even with paying "dealership costs" Cody has gone out of his way to help make things more affordable. I look forward to continuing my seriver nd even buying my next car from here. More
