We ended up sealing the entire deal pretty much on the phone in conversation with Sunny Rohra. We just drove in 4 hours, signed the papers and our daughter had her first CRV. Dealing with Sunny was a joy! Highly recommended. More

Started great turned terrible I came to buy an accord coupe on February 28th met with Kevin and Marcel both of which were great and we worked out a deal. Had to pick up the car the I came to buy an accord coupe on February 28th met with Kevin and Marcel both of which were great and we worked out a deal. Had to pick up the car the next day. Even Ashley durr was great. Today on March 1st I come to pick up the car, it was not detailed as promised, certain things were not completed and a second key was not present as I was told yesterday there was a second key. So after asking for a second key the sales person gets his manager of which I didn't get his name. After asking for the key I was told they had. The manager says they don't have it and that he would "rather not sell the car then cut another key" and the car "will sell even if I don't buy it" this is terrible customer service and has ruined my experience with this dealership. I will be sure not to recommend and tell people about my experience with Sons Honda. More

FYI... My 2012 Honda CRV has electric power steering system ("EPS" or "EPAS"). These systems use an electric motor instead of a hydraulic system and therefore do not have any power steering fluid. I asked them to double-check their quote for a 2012 Honda CRV AWD LX and they still tried to sell me a power steering fluid exchange. Sooooo disappointed in Sons Honda of McDonough, Georgia. More
Liars I sent my car there to get service done and I called to see if it was ready and they told me it is but there was a bolt in my tire. So when i got ther I sent my car there to get service done and I called to see if it was ready and they told me it is but there was a bolt in my tire. So when i got there, Nick, the guy who was in charge of my service, said i may have been driving on it for months. When I saw the bolt it was sticking out as if it just happened. He said he does not know how his guys could have missed it. They did not miss it, they caused it! You can feel if there is a bolt stuck out of your tire. I felt it once I drove off the lot. It has happened to me before. Plus I took the back roads to get to the dealership so I would have felt the bolt on my front tire while I was driving. He stated they just had 1 tire that was $125 and I would have to pay for it. So they were too cheap to lose profit on a $125 tire, so they did not want to put that tire in my car. But he had the nerve to say "I hate to have you drive on the tire like this." Really?!?! They could have at least put the donut but I probably would have had to pay for labor. And I even emailed Joe or John Rowe about it and entered it in the survey but still nothing from there. Will not be going there anymore. More
Better Ask LOTS of Questions Before You Buy If you don't ask, they won't tell. Not only that but even the basic items may not be included, so do not assume anything when dealing with them. The If you don't ask, they won't tell. Not only that but even the basic items may not be included, so do not assume anything when dealing with them. Their claim of customer satisfaction does not apply in my case, and attempts to resolve the issue has fallen on deaf ears. Beware! More
Doesn't stand behind their promises. I recently bought a "certified pre-owned" vehicle from Sons, which I was told was like a brand new vehicle. New tires, new brakes, new battery, etc., I recently bought a "certified pre-owned" vehicle from Sons, which I was told was like a brand new vehicle. New tires, new brakes, new battery, etc., etc. This was after the surprise of having the $1500 cost added to the bottom line - an amount I was initially told was included in the sticker price. Wrong. I was also told the car had side cameras. I've never heard of that on a Civic, but yay, ok. Another lie. I was promised the first 3 oil changes would be free (supposed to have certificates in my paperwork - not there). In addition, the car was to be thoroughly detailed - like a brand new car. And to top it off, he divulged my personal credit information in front of my family and everyone else in the area. But I went ahead with the deal. When he pulled the car around he explained that since it was end of day, I could bring the car back for detailing. Also I pointed out that the tires did not look new (despite the recently sprayed on shine). He said that's how all Honda tires look. Another lie. I found out later the tires were original and now need replacing, and the rotors need turning. And when I brought it back for a detail, it was merely a rinse. Nothing done inside. I had to get the stains on the seat out myself (still visible). But now my salesman denies saying anything about new tires, etc. He said the $1500 is for the 100,000 mile warranty and did not promise anything was new. Luckily I have witnesses and he agreed to buy me new tires, but refuses to pay for the rotor turning. Sons refused to do anything to fix this situation. I'm furious. Bill Liss, let's go. More
