Great Team, Experience and Inventory So, I was in for service with absolutely no intention of buying a new vehicle. Saw Marcel who has sold me two cars previously. We got to talking about everything but car selling. I'd been eyeballing the new '17 CR-V EX and thought about upgrading from my CR-V SE. So on a flyer I asked Marcel if we could run some numbers. "Yeah, no problem man" he responded. He had since moved to the sales desk so he put me with Matthew Ford. Matt pulled out a CR-V for me to view and drive. He went over, in great detail, all of the features of the car. It was appreciated as I'm pretty up on cars but the new suite of safety features would have been time-consuming to find without a short tutorial. Ran the numbers, a little back-and-forth (as is what happens in most car deals) and the numbers were agreeable. Raging deal? Not really. But for my trade-in situation it worked. I did not want the CR-V that I test drove so Matt and sales manager (whose name escapes me at the moment) found one in their inventory that was the color and trim level that I wanted. My only nit to pick is the time it takes to finalize a car sale. From the time I agreed to the deal until keys and delivery were longer than I wished (about 3 hours). It is not just Sons Honda; this in indicative of most car dealerships. F & I was painless. Upselling of insurances and service plans wasn't the typical hard sell; the F&I rep just laid out all of the options and asked if I was interested in any of them. Overall service was excellent. Matthew and his support team were upfront and honest. More

Awful except salesman Derrick I bought my car march 2016 ,got extended warranty the guy didn't explain the warranty had to get work done the warranty had ran out was told the warra I bought my car march 2016 ,got extended warranty the guy didn't explain the warranty had to get work done the warranty had ran out was told the warranty was 24 mths.didnt say 24 mth or 24000 miles sure enough the miles came before the mths.
