After the service, the mechanic came out and explained the antifreeze setting and showed and explained to me the color of the antifreeze at that moment. He also explained the rear brake noise I hear when backing out of the driveway. Have always been very happy with service at Son's Honda. More

Amber greeted me, was very pleasant, and listened carefully to everything I said. She showed me several vehicles and I was very impressed of her knowledge about each one. Before I left that day I told Amber I'd just started car shopping and was going to check out some other places before buying. While I checked out other cars from other dealers and on-line, I thought about my experience at Sons Honda. A couple of days later I found myself right back at Sons talking with Amber and purchased my CR-V! It had a low tire pressure light on and the service dept. was closed. Amber assured me that if I'd bring it back on Monday morning she would get this checked out and fixed quickly. And she most certainly did! Would I recommend Sons Honda of McDonough? Certainly! More

Liars My husband was taken advantage of and when they said that they were going to rectify the contract they waited until they got their money from the bank My husband was taken advantage of and when they said that they were going to rectify the contract they waited until they got their money from the bank and then called us to say they would not rectify the problem even though the sales man admitted there was an issue. Next stop....better business bureau. They are happy and friendly until they get what they want at anyone's expense. Bad salesmanship..but like the financial manager said...the dealers gotta make money some where...tok bad it was at me and my husbands expense. More
