When I left the dealership, I went to several stores and then home. When I got up the next morning I found oil from my Durango all over my carport and under the vehicle. This was after a supposed oil change then home. When I got up the next morning I found oil from my Durango all over my carport and under the vehicle. This was after a supposed oil change. The oil looked old and dirty and the leak was from a pinched O'ring around the oil filter. The technician also left oil all over the engine cover and even an oily finger print on the hood. Technicians had to come out to the house, add oil and retrieve the vehicle for inspection to determine if engine damage had occurred. Right now no signs of damage is apparent. We'll have to watch and see if it starts using oil, as no previous oil consumption was noted. Overall, I am very disappointed in the service department. More
