Filthy car Went by to see a Chrysler 300 advertised but they couldn't find it. He told me that an employee was driving it and that it was normal for dealerships to do. Unacceptable! No way to present a car for sale. More

New ownership that wanted my business After going to a couple other dealerships and getting fair to poor results I stopped by Sonora Chrysler Dodge as I was trying to trade in a vehicle an After going to a couple other dealerships and getting fair to poor results I stopped by Sonora Chrysler Dodge as I was trying to trade in a vehicle and get the new 2019 Ram 1500 Limited. It was a couple days before Christmas and I knew I was dealing with a brand new ownership with new employees so I honestly didnt have very high hopes. Immediately I was greeted as i got out of my car, one salesman not 10 came up and spoke with me. I gave him some information to work with and he quickly took the task of getting appraisal done as well as put me in contact with financing. With in a matter of minutes we all understood why I was there, what i wanted, and people where working to get it done. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they clearly indicated verbally AND physically that they wanted my business and would go out of their way to try and make that happen. I was very HAPPY with the way everybody worked together and all made a conscious effort to make me feel like this was the place I should do business with. BUT, with that said the numbers mean a lot! What will you give me for my trade in, what will the financing APR be, do I have to put down money? Well, impressively I saved many thousands by giving them a shot. they worked hard for my business and the opportunity to rebuild the dealership under new ownership. My trade in was valued MUCH higher then other places, my APR was the same but I was giving the option to put some money down IF I WANTED TO to get the APR down which I elected to do. I have been driving the new truck for a few weeks now. There has been probably 6 emails that have came in asking me to please contact them with questions or concerns I might have as well as operation information for my vehicle. The entire experience from beginning to end was spot on. I give them 5 stars with one small complaint but with the understanding that the dealership is still building its fleet. The truck I wanted was not on the lot, but they made a special trip to go get it the next day and bringing up to me on Christmas eve....Excellent JOB More
Don't do it! Worst experience at a dealership I've ever had. They try to be sneaky and too fast for the buyer to pay attention to details in the documents. Finance documents were done incorrectly which created issues with the loan. There was an issue with the vehicle which was not noticed until after I got it home, which was promised several times to be fixed, then in the end was not fixed at all. This place is a disappointment to the community. More

They don't care about customers We went in to sell a car, we were told the person we needed to speak to would arrive at 2:00--we arrived at noon--so we decided to take some time and We went in to sell a car, we were told the person we needed to speak to would arrive at 2:00--we arrived at noon--so we decided to take some time and come back. At 2:00 we were told he would be in the next day. So we called the next morning and left a message, waited an hour, called again and spoke briefly to Juan (the manager I was told), who told me he would call me back. Waited another 45 minutes, called again, were told he would call back. Finally after another hour called very irate, there was obviously nothing the poor guy who answered the phone could do but I vocalized how upset we were with the poor customer service. We actually called the person we worked with the day before and lo and behold we finally got a call back telling them they didn't want to buy the car (didn't matter at this point we never would have sold it to them), after I voiced my frustration and concern to him he didn't care one bit, so I hung up on him. But here is the kicker, he immediately called back so he could then hang up on me, that was PRICELESS. I feel sorry for them, they won't be in business long. More
