Caution ⚠️ Warning to anyone who may be considering a vehicle purchase from Sonju Two Harbors: I purchased my vehicle with an extended warranty in late 2021, it was only 3 years old and less than 40K m vehicle purchase from Sonju Two Harbors: I purchased my vehicle with an extended warranty in late 2021, it was only 3 years old and less than 40K miles. Fast forward my car has been in the repair shop 7 times for issues ranging from paint fixes (multiple times), transmission issues, rear end issues and AC issues. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone, transporting my vehicle and emailing in order to schedule and attend these shop appointments. I have requested speaking with higher up staff several times and until tonight those were ignored. I have requested rental cars multiple times never once received one. I have requested shop lists compatible with my warranty several times as well; again unsatisfied as a request. The sales manager I spoke with tonight immediately attempted to chalk all these issues up to the fact that my vehicle was purchased used. He did everything in his power to diminish the fact that I was sold a faulty product the dealership labeled as certified pre owned. He then during the course of the conversation when I was inquiring about how I could be made whole and attempt to repair the damaged relationship with the dealership left the conversation without warning. I have now had two experiences with two separate male staff at Sonju who did not treat me even remotely respectfully or make any attempts to communicate and resolve my concerns. It was very clearly stated that it’s 100% acceptable that my 6 year old regularly maintained less than 60K mile vehicle should be expected to be in the shop multiple times annually. - a very exhausted Sonju car owner More

Feel ripped off I bought a new Ram 1500 Express truck from them less than 3 months ago and they have had it in their service department trying to fix things more than I bought a new Ram 1500 Express truck from them less than 3 months ago and they have had it in their service department trying to fix things more than my family and I have had it. After multiple visits where once after they “fixed” things we found left over parts in the truck’s cup holder, the problems continue. At present it is nearly Christmas and we can hardly drive more than 10 miles in the truck without our toes being cold and the heater on full heat, we can’t defrost the windows without turning the AC and it still doesn’t open enough clean window you can see through. And our dash has a rattle like something is loose behind the instrument panel. Please don’t go to Sonju for any reason. They take no pride in their job that they show me and my family by their own actions. I don’t trust them to do even a simple job without breaking something (are they doing it on purpose?). And they have failed us. Please stay away or you too will be ripped off. More

We bought 2 trucks in 2013 which I have to say was the longest and most painful sales experience I have ever had. The trucks however seemed good. That is until late march of this year when I brought mine in for a concern that was not acknowledged. I brought it back mid april and then except for a few days when the dealer tried to return it with the problem not fixed they had it continuously until mid August. The problem was eventually fixed and I only had to go back once more a week later to fix a coolant leak. Thankfully the loss of my vehicle occurred during mainly the summer as I could not imagine having this happen during the winter. Their loaner cars would not have been able to get out of my driveway. I did have to rent a car for 2 weeks as a loaner was not available. I understand warranty work is a different process and may take longer due to needing permission from the manufacturer for repair but I do think april to august was really too long here. This is not the first issue we have had recently with this service department but they have been fairly minor. However this is now the last. More
