Purchased a Shelby GT350 today in about thirty minutes, the people at the dealership were very friendly and accommodating. After a bit of friendly haggling we came to a fair deal for both with none of the the people at the dealership were very friendly and accommodating. A dealership that does care about customer satisfaction I purchased a car that had many problems with it. I called prior to going to the dealership and inquired about a car that I was looking to purchase. I ended up talking to Mike who was extremely helpful from start to finish. I didn’t get the yes man service like you do at most dealerships. I had been in the field proximately a decade ago so I am privy to some of the tactics and dirty techniques that salesman use to manipulate a customer. With that said I was able to get into the car that I desired with little to no issues throughout the process. I would recommend the dealership to anyone or they have good excellent for poor credit. The team is Sonya‘s will be recorded to get you Into a vehicle. Carlos is excellent when it comes to the finance process. Tony Hulu has $1 million smile is a true professional and shows how much he genuinely cares for the customers. I can’t say enough about the experience I had. I look forward to recommending Sonya’s to my friends and family and even to those I may not know who are in need of a vehicle. Once you step through the doors a feeling of comfort comes over you. It’s a great feeling knowing that you don’t have to go anywhere else. The fact that you know you found your place of business without needing to go to three or four other dealerships. Just till the team what you’re looking for and be upfront with them. At most dealerships it is not advantageous to the consumer to let the salesman know what you’re looking for as far as payment price and credit. Will not return Poor presentation.. Had an appointment for noon. Guy was late, car was not on site, and when it arrived it was filthy. Covered in salt and sand. Mile Poor presentation.. After the sale, the car was supposed to be cleaned and filled with gas upon delivery. Car was almost on empty and the person who detailed it should be ashamed to say he did so.. Window sticker glue and paper still on the windows, Trash and food still under seats. Will not be returning for another purchase. More
