This is the second time I used Sommers to buy a new car; I usually buy one every 3-4 years. The dealership is very friendly, both in sales and service. Eight years ago I bought my first Subaru Forester from Jeremy Stilb and it was a very positive experience. Whenever I would run into Jeremy while getting my car serviced at the dealership, he was quick to come over with a friendly smile and to genuinely inquire as to how things were going for me. When I decided it was finally time for a new Subaru, I knew Jeremy was the salesperson I wanted to work with again. He saw me pull into the dealership (unannounced) and greeted me at the door with his trademark genuine smile and politeness. There were three models I was interested in (Crosstrek, Forester, & Outback), and after inquiring about my specific needs, Jeremy accurately explained why the Forester was the best fit and why. After expressing concerns that the Forester might be too big for my tiny garage, he offered to let me test drive it all the way to my house so I would know for sure it the garage was big enough. Remembering the type of Forester I bought from him 8 years ago and the optiona that I did and didn't want, he picked out the perfect Forester for me to test drive. When it came time to negotiate a price for the exact car I test drove, Jeremy was not pushy at all. He asked for my offer price and patiently listened to my explanation of how I came up with that figure. After taking my offer to his manager, he came back with a big smile and offered his congratulations on the purchase of my second Forester. I don't know what he said to the manager to get him to accept my offer, but he made it happen! I cannot say enough positive things about Jeremy Stilb. Over the last eight years, I have found him to be very professional, genuine, friendly, non-pushy, and personable. He has my highest recommendation. More

Every time she has gone to purchase a new vehicle she always goes to see Aaron Hammel, as he is friendly, and extremely knowlegabl several years now. Whenever we have needed any questions answered or service performed he always is willing to help us out by scheduling service for us, or giving us advice on what may need to be done. We rented an outback on a southwest trip several years ago and really enjoyed it but for a few little things that didn't quite make a purchase seem right. Enter the newly designed 2010 model which updated ago and really enjoyed it but for a few little things that didn't quite make a purchase seem right. Enter the newly designed 2010 model which updated everything that we didn't like. We looked at several dealerships and were impressed with the friendliness, knowledge of product and selection there. Now with a beautiful new building, it's even a better experience. We have since updated to the 2012 outback from Sommers, and most likely will purchase our next vehicle there(assuming the Subaru continues to evolve into an even better vehicle). Thanks Aaron! More
I am currently driving a 2011 Subaru Outback which is the 4th Subaru my wife and I have purchased from Sommer's Subaru. We happen to have dealt with Gordy Butt on each of these transactions. The fact tha 4th Subaru my wife and I have purchased from Sommer's Subaru. We happen to have dealt with Gordy Butt on each of these transactions. The fact that we purchased four cars form the same dealer and salesperson speaks volumes about Subaru as a car, Sommer's Subaru as a dealer and Gordy as a salesperson.
