Total clown show. I texted this dealer on Saturday July 30th about a used Platinum Expedition they had. I received a text back immediately. After several responses back and forth I was asked if I would like to test drive the vehicle and they would schedule an appointment at 11. I informed them I lived 3 HOURS away and could not make one at that time. They sent a text and commented about 1pm appointment. We have an infant daughter and proceed to get her ready and started up. Before we did, I sent a text for someone to contact my wife as I would be driving. They assured me someone would, and we headed up. The reason being we wanted to get all of the credit and trade info to them so they could start the process and we would not be there with an 8-week-old baby any longer then possible and the process would be moved along. After an hour and a half asked of driving sent a text again asking if someone was going to contact her and I was assured again someone would be reaching out. After being on the road for almost 3 hours I asked my wife how much father and she said another 25 minutes. I proceeded to turn around and head back home since no one ever reached out and no paperwork or info had been processed. She was of course upset that I would go that far and turn around I said it was 50 more minutes round trip and I clearly picked the wrong place as none of the details for us had been given to anyone. She calls upset and gets a salesman at this point. Keep in mind gas is 4.40 a gallon and hours had already been spent driving. The salesman explains how busy they are, and we must have just been missed and my wife misunderstands him as we are thinking they want to make things right and have us come back, and she rolls down the window and says they want us to come back. This is at almost 2 pm of course at this point. He CLARIFIES no, our credit guys are leaving at 2, just drive up another day and come back and they would be happy to show us the vehicle. No come up and we will give you money for gas since we wasted you day and cost you a lot of money. No nothing, I have done one form of sales or another for a long time. I could not believe the level of incompetence from a dealer that claims to be so highly rated and customer oriented. AVOID THE CIRCUS and find somewhere else to go. More
Horrible service department only care about a rating! Literally had my jeep for 3 weeks got it back with the problem not being fixed. Called them and basically got told oh well. Excellent dealership to do business with. Nick in sales was awesome to deal with and the finance department was exceptional. I’ve now purchased 3 Jeeps from this dealership and I’ve always been treated cou was awesome to deal with and the finance department was exceptional. I’ve now purchased 3 Jeeps from this dealership and I’ve always been treated courteously, professionally and given full attention. I only get my vehicles serviced by them as well which the service department is outstanding. Quick in and out oil changes and they speak with you first if they find something they feel needs attention and never tries to sell you services you don’t need. I’m a very happy customer with Solomon and I recommend this dealership to as many people as I can. Long as they keep selling Jeeps I’ll be a lifelong customer. After owning least 12 new vehicles in my lifetime so far I can say there a honest no BS professional 5star dealership that puts their customers first. More
Stay away from these crooks... in August of 2020 my fiancée and I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 with 2500 miles on it.. 10 months later.. June of 2021... the dash cluster went bad. I took it back to fiancée and I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 with 2500 miles on it.. 10 months later.. June of 2021... the dash cluster went bad. I took it back to Solomon’s and they told me it had indeed went bad. And it wasn’t covered, and it would cost 700+ bucks to replace it. Of course I was jacked that a truck that new, with low mileage had the cluster go bad, now mind you... clusters in new trucks just don’t go bad, something else is bad, that makes it go bad. I asked service department if they were going to track the main problem Down and fix it so the cluster don’t go bad again.. they told me they couldn’t find the main problem, and will have to wait till the problem arrives. Which is a crock of crap, I then asked.. if I’m to buy this part.. have you put it in, and it goes bad tomorrow, then what? They, as in service manager, replied, well, you’ll be stuck with that part, we don’t guarantee that part. Well, to solve the problem, I left, and went and traded it in for a Ford... now, I’m wondering if this is why this truck only had 2500 miles on it when I bought it.. because when the cluster goes, and you replace it.. you can have what ever mileage you want to put on the new one.. like for instance.. my truck dash cluster goes... truck had 45000 miles on it, when I replace the cluster, I can compute the computer to say it only has 2500 miles on it.. catch my drift? Anyway.. bad business, stay away, they give it to you with no grease and smile at ya thru the whole process.. More

Brian is an excellent salesman. Patient, friendly, and well -versed on the sales lot inventory. He allowed me to test drive a brand new Jeep with my 100 lb dog riding along with me in the back seat!
