Traveled to this dealership to see a few cars on the lot. The internet prices listed were great compared to others... so I made the LONG trip... The salesman, Brian was boarder line nasty - telling me "He The internet prices listed were great compared to others... so I made the LONG trip... The salesman, Brian was boarder line nasty - telling me "He didn't need my money" when I asked him if he could do anything about the sticker price listed on the car. (Everyone knows that this price is negotiable!). He said he had it listed to sell and he couldn't budge... no incentives - nothing... He didn't offer anything more than the bare Blue Book on the trade and wouldn't discuss a dime more. This dealership is family owned and operated... I thought that would come with a warm and inviting feeling... I thought I would be treated like 'family' since this is what their adds advertise... I was wrong and walked out - feeling insulted and angry. What a waste of my time to drive ALL the way to Carmichaels, PA! More
