Very dissatisfied with no response when phone calls to them are not returned to schedule service. Once, I can understand that maybe the service manager is too busy and I call them the next day and finally them are not returned to schedule service. Once, I can understand that maybe the service manager is too busy and I call them the next day and finally get to the car serviced. But for another issue when I called and left a detailed message to a different service department scheduler within a month and no call back is inexcusable. And this is for a used Ford vehicle under warranty that I recently bought from them. Should be called "poor service department". More
