I stopped in on Saturday to look at the new 2017 Ford Escape. Soerens must have had 20 of them on lot and I found exactly what I was looking for. The sales team answered all my questions and there was no pressure to buy, just good information. They provided me with the numbers to compare purchasing versus leasing the vehicle. (I went with the 3 yr/36000 mile lease.) Soerens also took in my old car on trade-in and I am very pleased with how much they gave me for it. They did a through job walking me through the paperwork. I've purchased and leased many cars from Soerens Ford. They treat me like family and make car shopping enjoyable. More

In my mind Dean worked double duty to make it easy for me to sell a car and find a car that I would enjoy driving everyday. We had really stopped just for service and went through the showroom just to see "what was new". When we asked about one of the cars in particular we promptly had our questions addressed. Mike was very knowledgeable and when asked he also quoted a price including all rebates as well as discounts that we considered to be a great deal so we bought the car! Mike was very easy to work with and we would highly recommend Soerens for sales as well as service. Having purchased over 75 new cars over the years we have found that while all Ford dealers can sell you a car for about the same price, the Soerens folks always go the extra mile to make sure the experience before and after the sale is the best it can be. If for some reason the internet staff was not available they seemed to delegate to other sales staff to ensure a positive and quick experience.
