Dealer lied about the car not having been previously owned by a smoker. They must have done a temporary odor treatment that has now worn off, and the car reeks of smoke and we can't get rid of the smell owned by a smoker. A few months ago I was in the market to get a car so I could save on gas and not put any more miles on my SUV. I viewed the car online and it was very similar to the one I had prior and it looked decent from the pictures they posted online. I had to drive close to five hours and when I arrived at the dealership there were a long list of things they made sure were concealed from the pictures they posted. I decided I wasn't going to purchase the car, but Lisa was nice and made me many promises that she never kept. I've been in contact with her and Sammy many, many times and each time I am given a different lie about a part or what will take place that never happens. I have sent text messages, left voicemails, and called several times with no resolution, and now no answer or callback. Just imagine having to deal with someone that constantly lies over and over again, and this has been going on since I purchased the vehicle on 5/11/19 and it's now 8/26/19. More
