Worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase or service a vehicle there again. The communication between staff and customer was horrible. This is the second horrific experience I’ve had with a Stellantis dealership in the past 6 months. The service departments are terrible. If you want to maintain a strong customer base then you need to fix your service departments. They seem uncaring and in welcoming. More
