Terrible service I had an oil change done June 2, 2019 and I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours because no one had told me my car was ready. I just so happened got up I had an oil change done June 2, 2019 and I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours because no one had told me my car was ready. I just so happened got up and asked how much longer I have before my vehicle is done and it was done for two hours and no one told me anything. I wasted 4 hours of my time. I also asked for a tire rotation that didnt get done. My visit feels like a total waste of time. I will never visit this place again. More

Screw in tire and recall I was able to get a screw out of my tire and my recall done all in less than an hour. He knows all the ins and outs and can tell when someone is out to make a buck at your expense oppose to providing the best deal. We started our search at Southfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and could tell we were being taken. It wasn't even worth attempting to deal. With less than an hour before the dealerships closed we headed over to Snethkamp Chrysler D/J/R and met Shawn Thorton in sales. My mechanic John and him spoke each other's language and within 5 min had easily beaten the downpayment and monthly payment (by well over a $100) with a model that had MORE than Southfield! John knew it was the best deal and it was - even below the "family and friends" that my cousin was able to provide by a third dealership. Highly recommend to come to this dealership and talk to Shawn. That was Monday night. Tuesday I sold my car, and by Thursday I walked in at 11:30am and was out in less than an hour since everything was done in advance on line working with Shawn. This dealership needs to give him a raise and a promotion....seriously. More

Snethkamp Dealership Swesomeness I called on a Thursday night around 8:16 PM, Mike McCaulley answered the phone. I explained I wanted to purchase my lease, Mike told me everything he I called on a Thursday night around 8:16 PM, Mike McCaulley answered the phone. I explained I wanted to purchase my lease, Mike told me everything he would need from me. He then stated he would call me the next day, to advise on what all he would need me to scan to him. As promised I did everything Mike asked of me, two hours later he called said I was approved. He then gave me his work hours, said come in tomorrow with small deposit and signed your papers. I went in on Saturday afternoon, was there maybe an hour and 15 minutes. In that short amount of time, i became the proud owner of my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I recommend Snethkamp to everyone!
