The experience was fine my only concern or issue is the price of the oil change I paid 95 dollars for an oil change that is ridiculous. Even if the car take synthetic oil it should not be that much. That is absolutely ridiculous. 100 dollars just to change the oil and they did even rotate my tires or anything extra to make me feel like it was worth it just highway robbery for something commonly used. I could have went to an oil change place off the corner and got a cheaper price. I was think it would be cheaper cause it’s the oil that most of there cars take so why charge an arm and leg for something so common and I wanted quality service. I feel like got I neither just a lost of 100 dollars and have to get another oil change I’m a couple months. So I feel the company is getting down on people the cars and things already over priced. Why continue to add to it people do not just have 100 dollars lying around to spend on an oil change and in the mist of a pandemic. More

I like the dealership and the services provided by specific employees. The only problem I had was hidden issues with the vehicle. Snethkamp Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram on Telegraph in Redford MI is just amazing. I leased my second RAM truck from them this past week. Their service is streamlined and extremely easy. My first lease wa Redford MI is just amazing. I leased my second RAM truck from them this past week. Their service is streamlined and extremely easy. My first lease was in 2018. My new lease is a 2021 RAM. My sales people were Casey Awada and Ranya Haidar. I went to the dealer with my buddy who was also leasing a second RAM truck from this dealer. We spoke with Casey over the phone to schedule an appointment to come in and see him and Ranya. He was accommodating and easy to work with right from the start. The day we came in we worked with Ranya. We sat down and expressed what we were looking for. Ranya quickly pulled the two trucks we were interested in. I was leasing a white RAM. She could have easily stated oh it looks just like that one outside the door. But she didn’t do that. She had the exact truck I was interested in brought over to the showroom parking lot from their storage lot from across the street. I really appreciated this. Furthermore she was fast and efficient at starting our paperwork and answering our questions. She worked very well with us over the phone with transfers for required documents and answering questions. My friend and I greatly appreciated this. On the day of the delivery of the two trucks we worked with both Casey and Ranya. Again, flawless. Everything was in order and fluent. Casey had both trucks ready to roll off their lot and have us on our way. This was appreciated as I myself had a very busy afternoon ahead of me. Casey has since reached out several times since completing our sale to make sure everything with our trucks is in great working order. I have not had another salesmen ever call me post sale to make sure everything was well. Sure I have had surveys sent to me but never personal calls / texts. Casey assured my friend and I to contact him for any needs for the truck. Many salesmen in my opinion do not want to be bothered once the sale is done with potential issues. Casey made it an important point to let us know to call him with any issues. Casey and Ranya also didn’t rush us. They had pleasant attitudes and treated us with respect. They did not try to push extras or other incentives on us that we did not want or have interest in. As a consumer/ customer this is important to me. I look at it like this if I want something extra I will ask for it, but don’t push it on me. I highly recommend going into Snethkamp on Telegraph in Redford MI and asking to work with Casey and Ranya. I’m sure the rest of the staff operates like this because this was the same type of service I got in 2018 with a different salesmen at this dealership. I was happy to see that the professional service had not changed from the years past during my first sale with Snethkamp.
