My keyfab was damaged stopped working so I couldn’t start van or put in gear. I had to have it towed to dealer pay $270 to fix & had to leave it overnight. Dealership charged $94 for synthetic oil changed while other Chrysler dealerships in the area where as low as $59 for the same synthetic oil. With the salesman's honesty and professionalism, it feels that he is trying to customer, I do not feel like some is trying to force something on me. The experience was fine my only concern or issue is the price of the oil change I paid 95 dollars for an oil change that is ridiculous. Even if the car take synthetic oil it should not be that much. And since majority of the car do take that type of oil the price should be even lower cause it’s a common oil being used. That is absolutely ridiculous. 100 dollars just to change the oil and they did even rotate my tires or anything extra to make me feel like it was worth it just highway robbery for something commonly used. I could have went to an oil change place off the corner and got a cheaper price. I was think it would be cheaper cause it’s the oil that most of there cars take so why charge an arm and leg for something so common and I wanted quality service. I feel like got I neither just a lost of 100 dollars and have to get another oil change I’m a couple months. So I feel the company is getting down on people the cars and things already over priced. Why continue to add to it people do not just have 100 dollars lying around to spend on an oil change and in the mist of a pandemic. More
