Went in for an oil change, and to have a rear taillight repaired. Finished my truck about an hour later. I paid, and got my keys. I noticed my oil filter was not changed, and vehicle was not lubricated. repaired. Finished my truck about an hour later. I paid, and got my keys. I noticed my oil filter was not changed, and vehicle was not lubricated. I paid for a complete service, and only got just a fluid (no filter change). Now I have to wonder about previous oil changes, and my other vehicle. I have a 2012 dodge Ram as well. I will not be returning! More
