Problem wasn’t resolved. Returned car back to dealership the same day. Charged extra for some random repair. Also, my car was damaged while waiting for service. My last visit concerned me. The staff were friendly and completed my oil change in a timely manner. However, the vehicle checkup was not done until i ask for it. A staff serviceman got a blink form and mov completed my oil change in a timely manner. However, the vehicle checkup was not done until i ask for it. A staff serviceman got a blink form and move over to a corner and started to complete it, marking everything ok. That made me believe nothing on my car was checked. I asked why the checkup form was completed and was told everything was well maintained. However, during the last year with Covid 19 even my oil changes were delayed. The vehicle checkup is important to me. It helps to identify possible up coming problems with my vehicle. More
