Idaho to trade in We our seniors who bought a late model Certified Cadillac car online sight unseen and drove 1300 miles each way from our home in N. Idaho to trade in our older Caddy and pick up the newer one. It was worth every minute of the positive experience that we enjoyed! Every single Snell Motors staff member went out of their way to ensure that the transaction was smooth and effortless on our part. In particular, we would like to acknowledge the fine work of the following employes (just to name some of the nice folks that we met): Ryan the online sales manager, Grant the business manager, Nick the sales manager, and MOST ESPECIALLY Brian Holmen our personal sales representative. They were all wonderful people and delightful to work with. Brian is both very professional and a pleasure to be with. We wish that they were all our close neighbors! We also enjoyed the trip to the delership, and visited beautiful scenery in places we had never been before.
