On Oct 2nd I had an appointment for 9:00 am got there at 8:30. For an oil change and tire rotation. Three and a half hours later I was finally leaving. Seems a little long. Especially since a lady came in a hour after me and was on the phone . I heard her say she was there for an oil change and left a hour before me. Kinda blows holes in the theory they are running behind. Again I had a appointment.. time is money More
Ryan hasn't been trained. The communication between him and the shop is horrible. He is in a position to not succeed.
