Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change, which is way to long. There were 2 other women waiting in front of me complaining about the same thing. The service sticker that was put in my windshield said way to long. There were 2 other women waiting in front of me complaining about the same thing. The service sticker that was put in my windshield said next service at 139,089 miles (my vehicle has 60,000 miles). The backing from the sticker was also left in the cup holder, not a huge deal but it all adds up to a not so good experience. More

Getting service to follow up with me for new tires was a feat in itself. I finally was able to get a schedule and confirm an appointment for tires a week later. I do hope this new owner gets the turnaround time for service response and action fixed. This area of customer service was frustrating since the change in ownership/management.
