I don’t know about this dealership sales, but the service department is terrible. I scheduled a motor vehicle inspection on Monday to drop off on Wednesday for inspection on Thursday. Pick up my car on Frida department is terrible. I scheduled a motor vehicle inspection on Monday to drop off on Wednesday for inspection on Thursday. Pick up my car on Friday. Great with oil change, not so good with electrical problems. Both times that I brought in the 2018 Escape in with electronic issues, the technician was unable to address the issue.
