Good used car purchase experience I appreciate that their prices are what you are going to pay. It's nice not to have to dig to find out there is another $150 to $400 "document fee" o I appreciate that their prices are what you are going to pay. It's nice not to have to dig to find out there is another $150 to $400 "document fee" on top of the listed price. So when comparing deals make sure you are comparing out the door pricing as most other dealers I dealt with had some time of add on fee. Mickey was very helpful in going over all the controls with my wife, which I didn't expect for a used car purchase. More
Sales person hope was very rude, we came from out of town 2 hours before closing and she acted like she was very put off. The finance manager, or owner i'm unsure because he never really in troduced himself 2 hours before closing and she acted like she was very put off. The finance manager, or owner i'm unsure because he never really in troduced himself, was very unprofessional- greated us with baseball cap on and chewing on cigar, stains on his shirt. Nice enough guy though but very unprofessional. We went to test drive a truck and they sent us out with 7 miles to empty on the truck even though they directed us to take about a 15 mile trip on the interstate and back roads. Luckily I saw the low fuel light and then managed to toggle through the display to find the miles to empty in time to make it back to the dealer with 2 miles to empty. They gassed it up so we could actually drive it and i told them i would like them to appraise our two cars for trade in while we were test driving and left the keys. They were not appraised when we returned. Loved the truck so while they appraised our cars we waited. They came back with appraisal about a combined $5000 below what 4 other dealers have appraised at. The 4 other dealers were all within $200 of each other. They quoted me the rebates wrong over the phone and when I was questioning what they were telling me they were visibly angry at me. When we started to negotiate the truck I asked what wiggle room they had on the truck and they said the advertised sticker. I kind of joked well I can get that back where im from, the sales person answered they why did you come. With that I simply said thank you and walked out. On my way out i did inform them that there many reasons why that new 2012 ford truck had been on there lot for over 6 months and that there customer service was one. She got angry at me again and said there was no way it was on the lot that long. I replied false as it was july and the photos on the internet of the acutal truck had snow on the ground and I had not snowed in kansas City since December about 8 months ago. Very poor experience I higly recommend going elsewhere no matter how cheap they advertise on autotrader. There is a reason they can't move cars. More
