Service department beware! Took my truck in to replace shackle bushings. They said they could not repair but found other bushings bad and charged $89 diagnostic fee. I was going to have them repair for a shackle bushings. They said they could not repair but found other bushings bad and charged $89 diagnostic fee. Hope at Dave Littleton Ford made it one of the easiest transactions I've e I bought our Mustang off Autotrader and had to drive 8 hours to pick it up. Hope at Dave Littleton Ford made it one of the easiest transactions I've ever made. She was upfront about any issues the car had, gave me the entire history of the vehicle and was prepared when I arrived. She was also there to explain how various things worked and help transfer my Sirius Radio contract. When they discovered a minor issue during inspection, she immediately called me, explained what it was, how it was fixed and even told me that if there was any issues in the future they would pay my local Ford dealer to address it. I got the car I wanted and worked with some great folks doing it. More
